was Down for me too. Melb, Australia. DDOS for sure. In no way updates. Updates should never result in an outage. Id be guessing that this would have caused a massive money and reputational impact to MS. There would be SLAs in place for it to be up 24/7.

In Londnon it's 23:20 - in Berlin it's 0:20. But it can't be related to that. There was only one official midnight launch in whole germany. Even if whole europe attended midnight launches, they wouldn't be at home right now.

Its all in the My Games & Apps section. Shows progress there. Press the Menu button when you're over something to start it downloading right away, pause or cancel.
