Its all in the My Games & Apps section. Shows progress there. Press the Menu button when you're over something to start it downloading right away, pause or cancel.

Doesn't show update to my knowledge though.. A 6gb update for Forza and I couldn't see any progress whatsoever.

NBA 2K14 is an absolute trainwreck on Xbox One at the moment. Because Xbox Live is down it constantly bombards you with a message saying some services are not available then boots you back to the menu, regardless of whether you are in a game or not. Fix your shit MS.

Xbox LIVE still seems glitchy here, passed on the XBox One because the original DRM, but to sign in on my 360, I have to turn console on ---> sign out --->run connection test until everything is success --->finally sign in
