So does the label "Playstation console exclusive" on the top right not mean anything anymore? Or perhaps they're talking about future Yakuza games? I mean the label is on Kiwami 1, Y6 and potentially Y0.

TBH advertising that the game is exclusive right on the box has always been a bad idea... unless you own that software yourself or have an exclusive deal in contract, that can always come and bite you in the ass. Been happening since the N64 days...

Consider the term "exclusive" a snapshot in time. It means something and certainly reflects reality, but only at the moment it's published.
