Pot complains about Kettle encroaching on immoral DLC consumable racket.

Again, these guys are millionaires now. They just donated 50k of electronics to their old school district. They've moved on from developing Tiny Tower, as well, it's no longer in active development. To say nothing of the fact that, like I mentioned, Tiny Tower's IAP model is not really "immoral" because they've purposefully underpowered the IAP to the point that it's actually useless for anything more than ultra casual players. So do you really think your cynicism is the most likely explanation for this, or do you think that maybe there's another, far more obvious problem that they have with this?

So the chinese Mario Kart ripoff was ok because there's no MK on iOS?

This straw man argument is not even comparable to what Gameloft or Zynga are doing. Mole Kart stole art assets which is completely different than making software designed to imitate aspects of other software
