what do you ladies/gentlemen think of Zimmerman's lawyer saying he (Zimmerman) had a broken nose and had to get stitches?
Completely validates the murder of Trayvon

One ban and the thread is a death trap?
Did I miss something?
How would anyone know?what do you ladies/gentlemen think of Zimmerman's lawyer saying he (Zimmerman) had a broken nose and had to get stitches?
I'd say it sounds like he got into a fight. Which we already knew. That isn't the question.
I apologize, thought there were more bans.
Completely validates the murder of Trayvon!
I wonder if they already gave a full autopsy report for Trayvon. I mean aside from the hole in his chest, where else he was damaged because of the conflict with Zimmerman and how severe the damage was.
If the response from Trayvon against an unknown, large , stalker, assailant with a gun on a rainy night wasn't already justified.
The damage Trayvon received during that scuffle would undoubtedly support his response of fighting back that gun totting, cape wearing, baseless suspicion having vigilante....
It could be entirely possible he got punched in the nose. Now if the extend of his injuries is a broken nose and a wet back, do you think that is enough to come to the conclusion that his life is in danger and shoot?
From his own 911 phone call, from the phone call with the victims girlfriend - we can ascertain that he was stalked, was aware of the stalking, got scared and tried to lose his stalker/run away - when he started running, we are also aware that he was chased - eventually Zimmerman caught up to the victim and an altercation occurred.
If in this fight, Zimmerman was punched in the nose - after stalking and chasing down a guy, the conclusion is that he was on the receiving end of someone defending themselves - if then, this relatively small amount of force lead him to feel as though his life was in danger... well...
Remember, the witness testimony that spins Zimmerman in the most positive life says he was pinned down on the ground by the victim at one point. Now, I don't know how much you weigh, but I could never be pinned down on the ground by someone who weighs 120lb's less than me. At worst - he got punched in the nose, and decided that this was reason enough to shoot.

I think it's possible he tried to interdict, and restrain the victim until the police showed up, and the victim tried to get away and keep going to his father's fiance's house. It's possible that the aggressor told the victim to stop, or even tried to physically restrain the victim, and then an altercation ensued.
Earlier I posted a video stating new witness came forward in the case. It has since been brought to my attention that the video I posted as new and is posted all over then net as a new witness. Isn't new at all, the video is from Feb. 28, 2012 a day after shooting and has been reported from various eye witness the police was giving witness their accounts of the altercation and not allowing alternatives to their findings.
This is what I think happened too. Zimmerman probably did not like Trayvon's answer of why he was there and probably tried to restrain Trayvon as he would have started to walk away. At this point Trayvon would have been within his rights to defend himself from unlawful detainment and assault.

I think Zimmerman should have listened to the police dispatcher who told him not to pursue? Seems to me we'd have not much to talk about if he'd waited by the mailboxes, like it was suggested. Then again, how could he have ended up being a hero if he did that?what do you ladies/gentlemen think of Zimmerman's lawyer saying he (Zimmerman) had a broken nose and had to get stitches?
Wait, this is Trayvon??

No, it was proven fake earlier in the thread.
Edit: Beaten

Even if that pic was him, so what?
Just a pic of a kid doing a stupid pose.

Here's a REAL "new" pic of Trayvon that was in my morning newspaper:
Of course. The fake one I assume, right?
It pains me knowing that there are many who are going to take that picture at face value without question.

Ski googles?
HE MUST BE PLANNING TO USE THEM TO MASK HIS FACE IN HIS NEXT ROBBERY.
On a side note, I'm an expert level skiier and have been to a number of nice tracks. If anyone is interested in learning, I recommend going to take a couple lessons and joining a ski club.

How would anyone know?
They didn't take pictures or anything, also he cant prove that the injuries came from that fight either.
If I was only armed with a box of candy and a hooded sweatshirt and some crazy dude was stalking me with a gun, I'd probably punch him in the face in an attempt to not get shot in the chest. Hell, even if I didnt know the guy who was stalking me had a gun, he'd still be deserving of a punch in the damn face for stalking me.
To a reasonable person, yes. But so many are aching to validate the stereotype of a young black man. If Trayvon conformed to that stereotype, he would obviously invite suspicion and perhaps even assault Zimmerman. Also, who are you going to believe? Zimmerman or that kid? He's obviously a delinquent.Even if that pic was him, so what?
Just a pic of a kid doing a stupid pose.
Conservative sites using pics like the one shown to be a fake are just as manipulative as liberal sites using pics of him when he was 11. One group wants to illicit sympathy for the boy and rage towards Zimmerman for killing what appears to be a very innocent looking child, and the other side wants to show Trayvon as a threat deserving of what he got. I think they're both incredibly disingenuous, but based on the current facts I'm definitely in Trayvon's corner. Zimmerman was told to back the hell off and he ignored the order and ended up murdering an unarmed teen. And yet he's walking free.

Is that really fair to say though?
I mean, when a kid dies in a tragic way (regardless of race), doesn't news media usually show a innocent pic of the kid (with the pic sometimes being one that was taken years before the death)?

You were saying?
Showing childhood pictures of a young person whose life was cut tragically short is nothing new.
Conservative sites using pics like the one shown to be a fake are just as manipulative as liberal sites using pics of him when he was 11.
I don't think he said it was anything new but manipulative. Thus, bringing up Natalee Holloway child photos used by the press only emphasizes his point more.
