Up 8% right now. I think it was confirmation that neither EA nor Activision would be making exclusive Xbox games that did it, also the focus on the living room was not well received because many believe the lack of focus is what held the PS3 back at $399.

As someone who's been holding Sony stock for 3 months (and gaining 30%), I watch it everyday. There hasn't been any other business announcements in this time period, and the 9% increase coincides perfectly with the Microsoft conference.

It's probably somewhat related.

Nah, the timing of this, people were waiting to see if MS had secured exclusive games from one of the big publishers. Many thought that either FIFA or COD had been secured exclusively. That they weren't is a big boost for Sony. So is the upgrade.

It is a more polished 360/Kinect. The graphics are not "wow" better. I wasn't desperate for a DVR "upgrade" with voice controls.

People are saying that you have register games online before you can play them AKA blocking used games. FUCK. THAT.

I'm not getting this. PS4 confirmed for me.

Sony announced they are trying to spin off their entertainment division, which probably should be its own thread if PS4 is under that.
