When: August 24th, 2013 (launch day)
Event Time: 1PM ~ 2PM (Entry from 12:30)
*Ticket required, free, available in-store from opening. One per person. Limited quantity/space.

Content: Kamiya will explain the game to guests while playing it.

Demo Station

A special demo station will be available at the same location. No ticket required.
Time: 12PM ~ 5PM

(Note: There are no permanent demo Wii U stations in Japan, to my knowledge)

Purchasers on the day will receive a special TW101-branded clear paper-file.

I think it's more about the cumulative impact of the Nintendo Direct, Iwata Asks, demo, ads, and this launch event.

You don't pay, you just go to the shop first thing in the morning to get a ticket that ensures you can go to the event. Because it will be limited.

I'd go, but I don't see myself going to Akiba first thing in the morning for a ticket >_> Maaaaaaybe I'll go early in the afternoon, and if there's no ticket I'll just watch from a distance.
