At $4 a pop, I hope there is little interest in the Huns and Space Miner so I can snag a lot for less than MSRP in aftermarket. The Space Miner armor would be great generic armor as I don't see any printing on it.
I want a horde of Huns.

Awesome! If this happens, there may be a chance for a few sets. Those moulds are expensive and it would be beneficial for LEGO to make more money on them by making a few collector sets.
I'm not a big car guy, but $15 is a great impulse price point. Plus I imagine there would be a lot of great uncommon parts in those sets.
Good to know about those battle packs. I wish they would make some Spider and Scorpion battle packs. I'm guessing those packs are due to lower production of sets and they need to unload minifigures.

Hmmm...having trouble thinking what UCS Marvel set they could make.
DC-wise, Hall of Justice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with Fortress of Solitude as a distant 2nd. Knowing LEGO and DC, it would probably be a UCS Batcave because there is a lack of Batman representation in the LEGO DC Super Hero theme. O_O

It would have to be iconic, and I'm not sure that there are a lot of "iconic" Marvel properties outside of the characters.
Maybe a UCS Sentinel? Aside from that, the Fantastic Four Tower or the X Mansion, nothing else really jumps out at me.

There damn well better be! I won't be satisfied until we have most of the best characters, so we need about 4 series
assuming few rehashes. I'd totally love 1 series per year for the next few years.2015 is HUUUUUUUUUGE. I thought 2014 was bad... no, I haven't seen anything yet.
And let's not even mention Episode VII and the other Rebels sets we don't know about yet

Ooooh. I like the idea of UCS Sentinel. Not sure it would work though design-wise though.
X-Mansion with Danger room sounds good.
How about hall of armor with a bunch of missing armor variants.

I would think that for a first UCS for Marvel that LEGO would want to tie it in to the biggest comic-book film franchise that has been out yet; i.e. AVENGERS 2.
Since we don't know what "epic" new UCS applicable vehicles, ships, boats, or planes will show up in Avengers 2, we would have to speculate that TLG would base their decisions on what set to make on what was proven as a popular choice in the community of MOCers.
I would think that an Avengers Tower or Helicarrier either based on Avengers 2 or Avengers 1 would be the likely choice for TLG to gravitate towards. Don't think they would do a Bust of any character, and I don't think it would or could have ANY ties to The X-Men universe.
Whatever it is I would hope that it would be minifig scale.

Hopefully the snow plough fits in the christmas sets, even though there is already one in the winter village cottage set. I think I'll have to buy a homer and put him in one haha
Next year looks like it could be a bit expense but for me it could actually turn out to be less than last year. I only got into LEGO at the start of the year and a fair chunck of my Lego cash has gone on collecting old collections that gave gone out of print. By the end of the year I should have all the Christmas sets, all the street modulars(barring the first 3) and all the Super hero sets and figures I want. Oh and all The Lego Movie sets and figures but I'm pretty much all there with that set.
I'm just glad I haven't got into star wars haha

I thought I had dodged a bullet with the lack of interesting Star Wars OT sets. But with Avengers 2, Ant-Man and Jurassic World, my wallet still hates me. I wanted to stop with Superheroes and start getting more City stuff. It'll be hard.

On that note, I just went through Brickset and added my latest round of Mixels to my collection. I feel like I haven't bought much this year compared to last, but I have 48 sets for 2014 so far?!? Granted, 27 of those are Mixels, but still. I guess I have grabbed more sets than I thought as the year went on.
Oh, man. I better start plotting OT3 then. That will probably be the first thing I do once I move.

Also started tiling the floor and I am going to go with a Dark Blue Gray/Dark Grey Checkerboard design . So time to visit bricklink for some classic dark grey D Also working on the lego draw and quartering torture device and skeletons hanging from ceilings in cages etc.

LEGO has been doing non-licenced space themes yearly since I got out of dark ages, but I'm sure they are due to take a break soon. It was Alien Conquest then Galaxy Squad.

Glad to see the Ultra Agents continuing. I love the minifigs (mainly the bad guys) and this theme fits right in with the Super Heroes themes.
Wow. I heard Ninjago stuff wasn't selling as well as the "original" run, but apparently it's still selling decently. That's a LOT of new sets. Looks like they are making good use of the Pythor mould.
My inner "girl" is screaming in excitement.

I believe LEGO has reached the saturation point at least with the existing markets. China and girls seems to areas of growth though.
This is an esoteric references, but the blonde mini doll with red and white outfit (in Friends Advent calendar) totally looks like Saturn Girl from the Legion of Super-Heroes (DC comic).
