Backpack.tf says 10.5-11 keys for the frying pan -- I'd try for 11 and then go down to 10 if necessary (unless you have a few ref sitting in your inventory there's no point in bothering with a fractional price). Ellis' cap, on the other hand, is virtually worthless.

Edit: Bah, not again.

Oh, thank you, wasn't aware of this site. Didn't expect the frying pan to sell for so many keys, thought that almost everyone had it

I'm at a point in my life where I won't be able to replace my 2 gig 680 for at least a couple years so it better serve me right

I have the Frying Pan and just checked because I didn't know I had such a valuable item.
Seems like the Strange Frying Pan is 10 keys and the normal one is basically worthless. :(

The thing to keep in mind with Crusader Kings 2 DLC is that they only locks your ability to play as whatever it adds (e.g. The Old Gods locks playable pagans and the 867 Start Date). Regardless of whether or not you own the DLC, the content is still in your game - though the A.I. may not make big use of it, you can still interact with pagan A.I. I think the one exception is the Sunset Invasion DLC with invading Mayans or whatever, which only happens if the DLC is active. The cosmetic DLCs are entirely, well, cosmetic, and apparently help to fund future patches and expansions to CK2 proper.

Although it seems like an abohrrent amount of DLC, I actually like the way that Paradox has handled the continued development of Crusader Kings 2. The game has expanded a great deal since it was first released.

Looking for a CSGO game; error: Failed to create session. Please try your connection and try again.

Problem on my end or just because steamservers are acting up?

So...Fable any good? I've never played a Fable game and I can only remember hearing negative opinions about the series, but Steam ratings and reviews are all really positive

gave away the keys to the kingdom.
I'm one cent short of being able to buy the last key I need to pre-order the Age of Wonders 3 DDE.

Funny how I haven't even experienced Steam without downtime, since I first started about a month and a half ago and only really got my new rig going like earlier this week.

On the other hand, I have only gotten the error message twice.

Weird, was going to buy some Crusader Kings II DLC that's on sale but Steam can't connect to Paypal...so I gave them my CC info and got an "error initializing your transaction" error. WTF is up with Steam these days?

I haven't been able to search the store for the last hour. :(

Right now the search is working, wasn't a minute ago. Quick!

And Mercenary Kings was released.

And thanks to The_Super_Inframan for Bridge it.

I love that even with all the issues, people are still buying my Vanguard Princess cards for like 13p. That's hardcore.

I was too greedy and wanted 40c for them. Then the bundle came.

It crashed on my when I tried to purchase Episode 2 of Bioshock infinite. Now its says I purchased it but the download hasn't started.

So is there anything I can do or do I have to wait till they fix this problem?

I believe the advice of Chief Wiggum to his son applies here, albeit paraphrased.

"If Steam stops working, it means you are buying too much. Or not enough"

Portal being ported to the Nvidia Shield, first Valve game to run natively in Linux. All other Source games actually run with an OGL wrapper.

http://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2014/03/25/portal-shield/

“NVIDIA has created a very powerful and unique device with SHIELD,” said Doug Lombardi at Valve. “Our companies have a strong history working together and we’re looking forward to Portal‘s arrival on SHIELD.”

Already been posted I believe, but thought I would link a little more.

So, Shadow Warrior is badass. Having been enjoying it thoroughly, it also started my craving for these sort of modern "old school" FPS games. Any recommendations?

I already have Hard Reset, Rise of the Triad, and the majority of the Painkiller Series.

I'm just trying to find something else to play because every time I get this craving, I end up beating Doom and Quake for the thousandth time.

Mercenary Kings is out of early access, $14.99 till first of April. Also it has cards now
Ooo, thanks for the heads up. Can't believe I bought this as an EA title who knows how many months ago, but still haven't played it yet. Probably because I burned my self out playing Don't Starve during its EA phase.

They're using a translation layer. Which they could be using here too, as I don't see any mentions of native support, unless Android uses a different type of OGL which requires that, not familiar with it.

Source running on ARM is bigger news imo. Definitely closer to Valve mobile now.
