Yeah, they'll be streamed. I think the streams will be on at least Gamespot and Twitch, probably ign too. As a bonus, Sony is streaming its conference to like 50 movie theaters across the US and Canada for reasons. They always feature new game announcements.

If anyone is interested in DS4Windows, please check out the J2K variant. Just install DS4Windows like normal, and then download J2K and use those files instead. It has more options, and he is planning to add game specific profiles in the future.
Right now it has basic profile support, a simple way to switch button configs, and good touch pad support. I have my touchpad set to Screenshot (left side), Voice chat (right side), Shadowplay (top). Tip: If you're having trouble getting keyboard presses to work, make sure you check off "Scan" on the keyboard screen.
DS4Windows actually uses Scarlet Crush. They just don't recommend replacing your bluetooth driver.

Well, at the least IHS has XInput emulation implemented.
Oh great I completely forgot how close silly season is and it's almost upon us. Wonder what cock teasing "Real Gameplay" Ubisoft is going to show off. Top tip here, if someone shows you near final game quality footage 2 years before it's being released it's not the actual final game. You can't "downgrade" something that didn't exist in your game in the first place.

Wolfenstein: New Order sorta reminds me of Half-Life 2. It's all of the moments interspersed between the really fun shoot-y bits where you're just roaming through an area, exploring it and talking to people. That's where the comparison sort of begins and ends but I can't think of another shooter that I've played in the last couple of years that was like this. There's a number of elements in the game that makes it feel like an anachronism, in the best kind of way possible.

At least GamesCom has closed days for the press and then lets the yahoos wander around for a couple of days afterwards. It's that psychological manipulation of taking something away with one hand but offering it to you with another, as in you can't attend but you can pretty watch half of it on the internet live, that makes me laugh. I mean it's outside the realms of possibility that I'd be able to attened even if I wanted to but to me it seems like it's being put up on a pedestal by having it as an exclusive event which in turn creates more focus.
Also smaller guys like XSEED are usually there (last year they were showing off Killer is Dead) but get barely a mention by the mainstream media, christ it's hard enough to find some impression from GAFfers attending on here.
I don't get it, once you select which graphs to display in-game via MSI Afterburner, the Rivatuner thing always has to run alongside Afterburner? Even when i un-check everything so nothing will be shown in OSD, the rivatuner app is always running and start itself when i close it. Only if i close Afterburner does the rivatuner goes away.

I'm enjoying Remember Me. I like its atmosphere but I wish the combat was more fulfilling. Remixing memories is neat too.

it was $10 before coupons on GMG but the deals dead now.
It was also ~$7 on muve.pl earlier this month.
No worries, Sansa, Steam Summer Sale soon, hinge on your 3DS will break any time, you're gonna get banned sooner or later as well, so you will be able to focus on getting good deals.

Yeah the combat's the only thing that felt off about that game, everything else was great, I especially like the robot/android designs.
Yeah RivaTuner Statistics Server is needed both for the monitoring graphs that Afterburner uses as well as the OSD. It's actually a very good piece of software though as you can also use it to lock frame rates down better than pretty much anything else, even the in game limiters. Afterburner is dependant on it though so if you close it and keep Afterburner running it will start up again.
I'm almost afraid of E3, half of internets goes down if something of essence is shown and it's scary out there even if it doesn't.
But it's nice to follow, especially if something I want or exiting gets announced. This year I don't know what I want, if I want anything. I have so many games already...

I'm kind of surprised that smaller publishers have trouble reaching their audience (or they don't really care?), with how easy it is to distribute contents on the internet, like goat simulator turned viral before the game even came out, but there are games that you need to rely on media previews from ign or whoever that're likely not interested in their games to begin with.

Bah you can hardly blame them too much though, they're only serving their audience and I doubt their audience really want's to know the release date of TiTS on Steam like a lot of us. Plus the big publishers need that level of detachment to pass the message along. Who do you trust more? A marketing exec on a 6 figure salary and an Ivy League education or someone scraping by to make ends meet in the competitive field of games reporting? Of course neither is also another option.
But that's the way things are going for smaller publishers though, using new and social media along with word of mouth and smaller expos where their actual customers attend to spread the word. When Ys Seven was doing the media rounds I heard nothing from the bigger media outlets and if it wasn't for the fact I watched a lot of Classic Game Room I wouldn't know it was even a thing.
But hey what do I know?
TF2 is f2p now, I don't see any reason why you should bother buying orange box.

Amazing news, DoW are awesome games. Hope they do it for all the expansions as well and not just the base game.
Nice. This actually make a bit more sense seeing as the multi in DoW II and The Last Stand sections are better served in the already Steamworks Retribution. The first Dawn of War and the expansions though are very different so good to see they'll still probably be playable online in the future.
