I always wondered if anybody noticed how insane Warfighter looked when cranked up on PC. Another example of a game that was next-gen before next-gen.

I swear, developers had been ready for new consoles since around 2011.

I really hope we will get FFXV on PC (and hopefully not years after the console release). I want to see that game downsampled and in (at least) 60FPS.

Is that mountain projecting a shadow on the sky?

Reshade, the fancy new next-gen injector is almost here. Supports dx8+ and opengl :)[/QUOTE]

Oh shit. That's huge. I had no idea, thanks for sharing.

Disabling the game's bloom effect, adjusting the brightness (which also adjusts exposure when aforementioned setting is set to off) and using ENB generic bloom instead and switching from the default SSAO to High Quality HBAO via Inspector really makes the game look quite different. No more overblown lighting. You get to see a lot of detail you wouldn't know was there. You could still probably drop SweetFX on top of that, but I think the saturation is fine as-is, and turning down the red on some scenes where it might look excessive would just make every other place look wrong.

Those look great! Never tried to turn off the bloom. I should. It looks way better, more natural and details are more visible. Just great!

This is my horse. This horse... I spent about 2 hours trying to catch a grey horse in the spider-infested forests to the south-west of the swamplands. This horse did not like me. This horse did not like anyone. My guild calls this horse, "Uncatchable". I spent about 20 lassos, which for a level 20 is very expensive, and every time, this horse would buck, and pull, and eventually kick me, and break free. I looked over to the nearby cliff, and see a Korean player attempting to catch what I can only assume is a relative of "Uncatchable". So I decide to try my luck with that horse, taking turns with the similarly unlucky Korean friend. After two attempts, I nab his horse, and ride off to the wonderful riding music, soaking up my victory as the sun set. I named my new horse, "Mulenir" in memory of her sibling, and her heritage. Fuck that other horse.
