I bought Galaxy 2 the day it was available on the eShop, and didn't receive any coins for it. No survey showed up. I don't know if this happened because I had registered the Wii version of the game previously... or if the eShop re-releases just don't give coins. Might want to see if someone else will chime in and say if they got coins or not.

Europe get stars instead of coins.
The registration survey should be in your to-do list, though you have to do it all over again.

I'm actually kinda glad or at least excited that this is happening. Hopefully they'll still add some cool rewards to the European catalogue, so that I can get rid of my stars. But apart of that, a fresh beginning sounds like a pretty nice thing. They didn't quite put alot of effort into (the European) Club Nintendo these days, so everything that follows can only be an improvement in the end.

I registered Toad and Pokemon Omega Ruby today. Had the same thing happen to both (put in the PIN the site barfed, and then told me the PIN was already used - but with no coins), but Toad showed up in my to-do list, Omega Ruby didn't. Called Nintendo support, who said they're going to take a look into it (either way I'll get the coins). I'm sure the site's all kinds of messed up after the announcement (half the page loads show me as needing 300 coins to get Gold, when I've already hit Platinum for the year). I have a Curtain Call code to redeem too, but I'm going to wait until the site isn't borked.
Japanese site was running a little slow (and is down for maintenance now) and wasn't sending out confirmation emails for orders, but took my order for the Kirby blanket and Animal Crossing cards.
Didn't you guys get the Yoshi doll, the Mario Kart pins, the Mario Kart shirt, and the backpack?

I'm probably close enough to get platinum by the cutoff if I use my Amazon giftcards on Nintendo games (which I was already planning).
That should leave me with just enough points to get a game (which is pretty much all I use coins for).
Hopefully the list of games they'll offer in February has one or two that I don't own and want to play. I've never played Super Metroid, but I want the Wii U version that I can play with the Wii U gamepad (I don't have a classic controller to play Wii VC games with). Otherwise I'll get any decent other Wii U VC games or 3DS games that I don't already own (I've spent most of my coins over the years on 3DS games).
That should leave me with just enough points to get a game (which is pretty much all I use coins for).

I spent an hour filling out the rest of my surveys and the FUCKING 3DS game case I wanted is of course SOLD OUT now, even though the damn thing is advertised on the front page, which is why I bothered to fill everything out.
I fucking hate NoA. I am so glad this program is going away. What a god damn waste of my time. I have no hope these things will be restocked in Feb. and if they are, they'll be gone in two minutes.

Knowing Nintendo and production quantities, you probably have to use your coins by the end of the day the prizes show up or they'll all be sold out.

To quote myself: Shame they're not transparent plastic as I could have then used the slipcovers from the Club Nintendo ones. Still I really hate buying these sorts of clones (you might notice the same company have a clone of the 24 cart Hori case) but when it comes to Club Nintendo there is little choice.

Aw man, I had a whole bunch of codes I'd set aside, but it turns out that I'd already used most of them or they'd expired. Also, I seem to have lost some of my codes, which sucks, so I'm currently 105 short of plat. Still, I've got a bunch of post-play surveys and still planning to buy some things on the eShop, so I shouldn't have too much trouble hitting it.

I had 1915 coins. I registered my 3DSXL now I have 245 coins and my entire history gone. I'm sure this will iron out.... hopefully!

Yeah, i think they had forum ambassadors and a system based upon how helpful you were to others. If you ranked high enough, you were given exclusive rewards or invited to events.
Were some snobbish ass people there though

Odd, cause I got the survey and the 20 coins, thanks to it and Guacamelee! I'm now platinum for the 5th and last time in a row.
So? There's supposed to be some cool rewards coming in February, so use up those points once the time comes!

Well, looks like I'll have just enough to make Platinum status before the deadline. Not gonna register the rest of my codes yet as the site is chugging from all the traffic. Haven't redeemed many rewards over the years, but I did like leaving feedback and receiving bonuses for registering products. Not too sad to see it go actually. I'm interested to see what it is being replaced with.
Will wait until February to clear out my coins, though I'm not expecting much from the selection.
