If it's anything like souls, yes you sorta can. Coop sessions automatically end after the area boss is defeated or if your guest dies though, so you'll have to restart.

I have no idea if game progress (like bosses defeated) saves for the guest players though.

In Dark Souls, you needed Humanity in order to summon (use Humanity to become human and summon). In Bloodborne, a similar item is needed in order to summon. And if the host or the summoned player dies, that's the end of the co-op session. The summoned player also doesn't unlock progression for his game (if he hasn't defeated Boss X in his own game, but helps defeat the same boss in another player's game, Boss X will still be alive in his own game).

Just nervous about my Best Buy because they normally fuck up anything gaming related. Going to be at their door when it opens. I'm sure the pre-order won't be applied and will have to be fixed just like the last three times.

I had the digital version pre-ordered, but my mom and pop sold it early. I've been playing the disc version... can I preload the digital version while playing the disc version? (I plan to sell the disc version after the digital unlocks)
