I'm not going to expect a release date to be revealed here; but actually beginning to market the game outside of Japan this early does make it seem like they're targeting an international release fairly close to the Japanese launch. Perhaps August in NA and March 2016 in Europe?

Why would it take longer? When they translate stuff into many different languages it's usually done simultaneously.
