PNG, and online save storage boost, cool update. Good to see more social features as well, and working with YouTube.
I can imagine them in another year or twos time, saying "We've changed online storage for PS+ from 10GB to 20GB!".
I don't get the "delete trophies" request.
Thankfully they'll focus on features that actually have a use instead.grrrrrrrrrr, I would actually pay for trophy managment abilities
that's how bad i want it !
I just want to get rid of Destiny @___@
I also don't play PS+ games I'm unsure of because I don't want to risk not liking them and being stuck with them at like 2% on my trophy list.
For fuck's sake...I also don't play PS+ games I'm unsure of because I don't want to risk not liking them and being stuck with them at like 2% on my trophy list.
Because you don't have OCD. Some people like to keep the list clean.
Thats not ocd it's just perfectionism. Unless they can't get through a day without constantly thinking about the games that aren't 100% that isn't ocd
Sounds like a really great update. Just folders are missing for perfection or any other option to organize the stupid apps list. Wonder what the unannounced features are.
I constantly have to delete less important saves from my online storage. Each Telltale game takes about 70MB, GTA V and Rocket League take a few hundred MB's each. And those are only the most extreme cases. Basically it's hard to find a game that needs "only" 10MB for save storage.
Not really. A 3.00 update should have added things that people actually cared about. Not events and Twitter. 10 GB is a joke too.

Create a new user account which is for trying out PS+ games on? Then, if you like it, you can play it on your regular account.
Just checked my save files, and Alien: Isolation, Arkham Knight, Bloodborne, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, Infamous: Second Son & First Light, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Shadow of Mordor, The Last of Us remastered, The Order: 1886, Tomb Raider remastered, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and most of the smaller downloadable games all take 10-30MB per save file.
I don't even care if they're 100% though.
It's more if I buy a game, play it for a bit, realise it's not for me, and sell it, I don't want it stuck on my trophy list for all time. I just want to be rid of it entirely.
community, upload pics/vids to live at ps and png pics. fantastic.
i can relate to that. i dont experiment nearly as enough because i dont want to be stuck with another stupid trophy list.
How would transferring saves work? Unless you're suggesting someone play the game, like it, then have to start over on their new account.
Supposed to start today, at least some people who have signed up/been selected should get the download today.has the beta started yet?

No idea about a real time, regional differences, validation process or download process.
I turned off save auto upload earlier this year because I was tired of seeing errors, so was stoked to see the 10gb increase for saves. That was until I checked my PS4: According to the storage management tool I have 12gb of saved games already. WTF.
I'm sure I'll be able to go through and exclude specific games to make it reasonable (LBP has a 500mb something or other, think Driveclub may as well?)
I really wish I could turn on nightly backups to an attached USB stick. That would be more of a peace of mind for me.
Should have been unlimited, but 10gb is a heck of an improvement, I'll take what I can get.
Hide online status pls.
Online storage capacity increase: PlayStation Plus members’ PS4 cloud storage capacity will increase from 1GB to 10GB
Favorite Groups: Favourite Groups has been added to the Friends app, letting you add new or existing groups as a Favorite Group and quickly access groups of people you like to play games with frequently. This will make the process of getting a game session up and running even easier.
Communities: PS4 users will have the ability to create communities based around shared interests, like games, genres and more. Communities include a message board with general discussion, screenshots shared by players and the ability to join parties or games. If you want to tackle a big multiplayer raid, but don’t have enough friends, this could be a great way to connect with other likeminded players.
Screenshots: We’ve listened to your feedback and we’re happy to confirm that PNG format is now an option for Screenshot saves
has the beta started yet?
Folders?
Filters for library?
No more random ordering of apps in video section of xbar?

PNG screen shots and 10gb storage, the rest is filler.
Wasn't 3.0 on PS3 a big update?
