Oh yes baby! I'm not too fond of the whole Elektra helping him out scenes and hope there's not too many of those. But it all looks very exciting!

I were worried they wouldn't give us anything for these last days and then they serve us a damn trailer. Such good style of Marvel and Netfix!

I hope there'll be romantic drama. Seeing that Karen is probably Matt's girlfriend and Matt hanging out with Elektra. Hopefully one of them dies for the drama. I want Matt to lose all of his girlfriends through the seasons.

Hoping to see Punisher wreck shit.

Bernthal has a good chance at taking the "my fave Punisher" crown from Dolph. Yeah, come at me.

- THR: 'Daredevil' Season 2: TV Review.
The Netflix series misses Wilson Fisk in its sophomore season, but with Elektra and The Punisher, it still packs a punch.
Daredevil season two isn't trying to or able to equal Wilson Fisk, but it's definitely trying to live up to the other ballyhooed aspect of the first season. The hallway fight in the second episode set the tone for the entire first season and the show continues to try to push the boundaries of limited-editing confrontations in the second season. Because the Punisher is perfectly happy to just use guns, he's an impediment to martial arts-based bar-raising, but that just forces the writers and choreographers to find other ways for Daredevil to face legions of henchmen in stairwells, corridors and inventively presented enclosed spaces.
The climax of the third episode is the one that fans will hold up against the hallway fight for Daredevil fracas supremacy, though there's a silhouetted scene in the sixth episode that I may prefer.
One thing is for sure: No current TV show can compete with Daredevil's foley library of fist-on-flesh and blunt-object-on-bone sound effects.

I'm right on the edge of desensitization with its comes to the Daredevil fight scenes, but the entrance of Elektra and her new physicality and erotic charge vary the dynamic enough, just as Punisher and his take on vengeance invigorate Daredevil's angsty spin on justice. You can't replace a Wilson Fisk, but Daredevil still has its brooding, punchy pieces in place for a promising second season.

Sometimes during the violent scenes on #DaredevilSeason2, my face starts doing this:

Trust me, this is the best live-action interpretation of The Punisher we've ever had - and if you're thinking that wouldn't really be that difficult, remember the three actors that came before (yes, even Dolph Lundgren) were actually decent/very good in the role, they just happened to be working with lousy material. Fans of the character will lap up Bernthal's portrayal, and Castle is such a commanding presence that the show inevitably suffers a little when he's off-screen.

Oh yeah.
Spoiler tagging images does not work on mobile.

So given all the praise for Bernthal, we're totally getting a fast-tracked Punisher series, right? They'd be crazy not to
God, I hope not. Regardless of my personal feelings for the Punisher (not positive) or the Netflix shows (I'm sure they can do a compelling and entertaining show), they really need to get the shows they're doing done before doing anything else.

I'd rather not. Dude works as an antagonist just fine, and my feelings of how fucking gross Punisher is in today's climate aside, I'd way rather they focus on making sure Defenders works. If they wanna include him, fine. But I don't wanna wait past next year for the crossover.

In it for Stick and his pupils taking on Elektra and The Hand. Don't care about Punisher. I'm sure he'll mostly be in the background aside from a couple episodes. Oh and thank god Kingpin isn't coming back. MCU Kingpin was embarrassing.

- A|V Club Review: Daredevil’s brutal second season puts superheroes on trial.
It’s to the credit of all involved in this season that the inevitable ethical showdown between the two is so compelling, when the whole “to kill or not to kill” debate is built into nearly every Punisher story where he interacts with one of his comics counterparts. (Existing uneasily alongside the more upright heroes, the Punisher generally gets a scolding or a beatdown before returning to his own, more bloody—and enduringly popular—corner of the Marvel universe.) After blasting a gory path through a trio of New York crime organizations, his eventual showdown with Daredevil is a corker, and ably sets up the theme of this much-improved second season, with Matt Murdock wrestling with the implications of his choice to pursue justice through violence.
Vincent D’Onofrio’s towering menace as Wilson Fisk is definitely missed (at least so far; he didn’t appear in the seven episodes available for critics). But Bernthal and Yung make Castle and Elektra an effective season-long two-pronged assault on Matt Murdock’s heroic identity, which gives Daredevil’s supporting characters a clearer purpose as well.
The series maintains its appropriately low-rent look (a supposed heat wave is filmed on obviously windy and overcast days), making Matt Murdock’s internal struggles in the first half of this second season that much more human.

There's no rush for Jessica Jones S2. I'd much rather see a Punisher series in that shows slot and give JJ more time to cook and hopefully be a damn sight better than the first season was...

I really hope that they go deep into the mystic Ninja stuff. Daredevil is IMO always the best when it someone does something with the Hand, Demons and mixes it with the Streeltlevel stuff.

And Bullseye. Throw in some Bullseye. I pray for it, I just want to see this insane maniac go on a murder rampage.

Can't make a Punisher series since they kill him off at the end of the season.

I don't know if they do, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

Bullseye is most definitely coming. I expect another tease this season and then Bullseye and the return of Kingpin in Season 3.

Thought there was only 2 seasons of each and a defenders series coming?

I think it's pretty safe to assume that Season 2 will be successful enough for a Season 3 renewal. It might happen after Defenders but I'm pretty sure it will happen.

Maybe, we will have to see if the meet up series does well. That many different characters and writers could get kind of jagged

Jessica Jones has the worst character in television history though.

and the writing is just try-hard edginess for the most part.
