Is Twitter linked and following said person is how you add friends?

I think they have to be following you as well. It kinda sucks if your quiet on twitter but it makes sense I suppose.

Go into your Mii settings on Wii U and enable copying. Of course it doesn't update on the app straight away (updated mine 30 mins ago and Miitomo still gives me the above message) and I can't even quickly create a QR code without pissing about finding an SD card.

Fucking pathetically awkward for something that should be so simple. So Nintendo.

Where do you change it on the Wii U, I've checked user setting on my account and I've checked in Mii Maker.

Yeah, I just made a private list for the tweets I care about. I follow everyone back out of courtesy but it's impossible to read the main timeline when you follow like 20.000 people...
