It was okay. Wondering how well they could make it control, especially the challenges where you do everything as quick as possible.

I put 20+ hours into the game on PC. 4 on the campaign (which is more of a fun extended tutorial wih a narratice), 16 on the various modes and arenas. That's where the meat of the game is

This is promising because I thought it was meant to just be 2 hours long? Which I didn't think was worth the steep asking price.

The campaign is short. I took longer than most, mainly cause there were some scenarios that I repeated a few times to finish them in cooler ways. But the main game is its plethora of modified modes and arenas. They tweak the main game in different ways (katana only, speedrunning, etc.), while the arenas challenge you to use all your honed skills to rack up a high kill count.

And your skills do get honed. The limitations of the other modes force you to think of different uses for your moveset, timing, etc., so going back to regular levels, you see all kinds of new ways to succeed

Just bought it on Xbox, really excited for the game.

Did they ever add official VR support to the PC version or has there been any news about it? I remember them talking about it a while back, but there's no mention of it in the OT.

Anyone who hasn't yet played it on PC should totally pick this up. Fantastic, fun, frantic FPS.

Innovative, sure, but the more I play it, the less I like it. Failure doesn't make you feel like a badass, and this game has a lot of failure going on.

No, I've seen half-assed before...
Ha, okay. I see where there is going. There's a big difference between unfinished and stylized. You might not like the aesthetic, but it's a cohesive art direction designed as an upgrade to the original game jam look and that coalesces with the gameplay so enemy, bullets, and interactive items are instantly contrasted and recognized. If you're familiar with Mirror's Edge use of red and blue against its stark white environments, you can understand the white-black-red palette and style here

I remember seeing this a while back when it was being made and it seemed kind of more like a tech demo than a game. It looks fun to mess around with, but that's a steep asking price for what's there. Guess I'll wait on a sale.

Did that gif show you throwing a sword for a kill, an enemy trying to get it, and you (the player) killing the enemy while retrieving the sword...???

Interest rising.

What kind of crazy low price can I get this on PC for?

What tech do you think it is demoing? Its entire appeal is in its novel gameplay, pretty much the opposite of a tech demo.

Looks cool. Will try out whenever I am done with DS3.

I guess some people here only think a game is good if it looks like CoD....those people should GTFO of threads where they only troll everyone with the bs.

This game looks awesome. I bought it today. The 10% off was a nice bonus but I was going to buy this anyway. I traded in call of duty 3 for $27 at best buy for this so I have $5 left over.

This game is amazing. It reminds me of the first time I played Portal and I would recommend it to anyone on the fence or even people who have never heard of it.

One question, when I capture a level run, where does it go?
