What on earth makes this a "fucking douchebag" game? Is it the fact that the main character is a young adult male who dresses like a young adult male?

Anyways, I like how the game's art direction is so colourful; that already sets it apart from its predecessor.

i'm hoping for more games with a young cast. kinda tired of the 30-40 something "badass" types. there's sooo many of those but somehow it's douchebaggy and edgy when devs take a stab at depicting youth.

Gameplay changes and direction is looking good, story and some art design choices, mostly the Dedsec stuff, has me scratching my head. Looks like a solid improvement over the first game though since there just seems to be more depth in what the player can do moment to moment.

I dont think it was a failure, when aligning launches Primal was doing better than FC4 in the first weeks

Really? With the absence of Assassin's Creed this year, it's going to be Ubisoft's big Holiday game. It should outsell the original comfortably.

I like it. I still remain skeptical that the gameplay will be any fun (which is motivating me to keep a closer eye on the game to be honest) but I really enjoy the new locale and the new tone of the story.

I think the characters look like Ubi couldn't decide which stereotypical 'rebel' to go with so they went with a weird amalgamation.

I think they have the opportunity to tell an interesting story if they lean into the class warfare/income inequality issues surrounding SF and Silicon Valley companies though.


The cover looks like it should be the cover to a Tony Hawk game though. It's all kind of weird.

The fact that this game covers what sounds like a lot of the Bay Area (i.e. San Francisco, Oakland, and the Silicon Valley) makes me want to check it out for a rental for novelty's sake despite my disinterest in games like this, I've always wanted to play a game that takes place in the area I've lived in just because I'd want to see how accurate it is and how much of it I recognize. To my knowledge there aren't any open-world games with the same setting (I know there have been games that take place in San Francisco but not the entire Bay Area in general).
