Seriously.
I'm a firm believer that DS2 is by far the worst in the series with those garbage ass hitboxes, but LotF makes it seem like Bloodborne in comparison. Combat is sluggish as hell and hitboxes far worse than anything you've seen in the DS2 gifs. The positive reception itt is seriously confusing the fuck out of me.

Lord's of the Fallen is my lowest rated game on Metacritic with a 4/10, I did not like it at all.
Injustice, Infamous First Light, MGS Ground Zeros, NBA 2K16, Saints Row Gat came before LotF.
I consider Gat and First Light DLC tho.
As long as its a $60 game, thats all that matters. To hell with Journey and Rocket league.
I would prefer psp games over mobile game ports. Other than that I'm pretty happy with the rest of the selection.
I think it's time to finally give away Danganronpa or Persona 4 Golden.

I bought LoTF on release day for $65..it's horrible. Journey is great but anyone who has interest in it more than likely bought it a while ago through numerous time its been in sales.

It was made free on PS4 if you bought the PS3 one (cross-buy) but that's not a free plus game.

And MGSV Ground Zeroes? Damn thing doesn't even have a platinum because it's so short. Gat out of Hell is a shitty ass port.
Rocket League is the only good game that came out of the entirety of 2015. A year of Plus is 50 and Rocket League costs 20. If you didn't need to pay for Plus to play online (the main reason people cry - they're forced to buy Plus and it delivers shit) it would be cheaper to just buy Rocket League.

Been eying lords of the fallen but never wanted to pay money based on what I heard. Free is a good price though and I suspect I won't hate it as much as some of my fellow souls fans. I'm not expecting much so hopefully it'll be a mindless romp.
Right. It's been described to me as Souls-lite as in more forgiving, so it should be just fine.

Yeah. Anyone going in expecting LotF to be anything close to Soulsborne will be shocked by how utter garbage this game is.
Putting every other crappy things it has aside, the hitboxes alone make this game one of the worst titles that I've ever played. Like holy shit, even thinking about that (second?) boss fight makes me mad.
The mobile game is actually pretty good.
But it cost $60 on initial release so it's worth playing unlike 2D indie crap like Journey!
This is the dumbest hyperbolic statement I've seen on GAF, and that's saying something. Maybe you didn't like the games, but saying Rocket League is the only good game is some dumb shit.
A few 2015 games: Limbo, Valiant Hearts, Guacamelee, and Transistor were given out - and that's not even including some of the amazing PS3 games like Yakuza 4, Sherlock Holmes, Dishonored, and God Of War Ascension.

Man I have no regrets of letting my sub end in like March. I was subbed for many years, since they gave away Far Cry 2 and PSN+ started getting really good. Sadly since the PS4 all the games are okay with sometimes one good one.
Used to really look forward to each month then it turned into "wonder what garbage they are giving us this month."
