Uh, false, I asked him about his age during the primaries and he called me a "little jerk" for it. That was long before Palin was on the scene.

Well, I mean when people started asking about his health en masse and became an often discussed campaign topic, not whether he had been asked prior to that. Palin broke the doors open on that.

At first glance I thought the title said "Hillary Clinton fights a couple on stage" and at first hoped it meant with words and not fists haha. Like some couple got so pissed at her they went up on stage to fight her.

Tireless woman who speaks for several hours every day in between traveling from city to city seen coughing for 4 minutes, is found unfit to lead country in favour of man who struggles to speak intelligently for 4 minutes.

TBH a lot of current Republican tactics/attacks have roots in earlier liberal attacks. Obama being a runaway authoritarian, destroying American civil liberties, secretly angling for a third term to make himself dictator and running up the debt...Is almost verbatim the attacks the left leveled against Bush(though I would argue the left had some legitimate gripes).

The age thing was used against McCain.

the right has unironically borrowed a lot of the rhetoric the left leveled against them and tried to flip it and because a lot of their followers are kinda lemmings, they went along pretty easily.

Because it's no different than the racism of Republicans with the birther movement. The black guy had to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was born in this country.

Now the right thinks a woman needs to provide every detail of her medical history. The sexism could be no more apparent than Republican's own candidate having nothing more about his health released than a hastily written, one page note from his doctor that was full of spelling mistakes.

Forgive me if I don't want to wake up the day after the election and see Trump won because Clinton coughed on stage that one time.

I'd like to have more faith in humanity than that. I'd like to see this election be a policy debate instead of this trash or what Trump said today but this is the tragic joke of a situation we're in.

I think the best thing to come of this is people on 4chan ironically using this for Dyin' Hillary memes has caught on on as either a literal attack on Clintion or as a literal indicator that she's going to die.

The difference being that those making those arguments on the left are a fringe element of the base, while those on the right are actually elected officials, including the current Republican nominee for president.
