“Is there anything we can do to stop this,” BlackGhost wrote in a post on the NeoGAF message board, a community of passionate gamers. “Cleveland is too important to be sabotaged by the ill informed rants of an uncultured Western baka OP. I felt sickened just seeing all the hard work of DePodesta-san and others being insulted like this.”

Can we quit this nonsense that Dak is a game manager? He has put this team in positions to win games that's not managing a game that's leading a team fellow rookies and vets alike. You saw it this past Sunday when he marched the offense down the field to win in Pittsburgh, you saw it in the eagles game where he again marched the offense downfield to win in OT.

This isn't managing this is leading and winning. Dak is doing everything you could possibly want from a qb rookie or vet. He's smart, he takes care of the ball and when he runs he isn't taking unnecessary hits. This team is built to be an old school smash mouth football team on offense. They are gonna run it down your throat all day. The fact that they aren't making huge game breaking passes downfield shouldn't be a knock on Dak.

This team isn't built around the passing game. The goal post against Dak have been shifting all season long. Let's see how he plays against cincy, GB, philly, Steelers on and on. Dak has racked wins up without Dez and he's racked up wins without the leftside of his line this season. This offense with Dak at qb is top ten in every category except passing yards (17). 4th in points, 3rd in total offense and 1st in rush yards. He's completed 187 of his 280 passing attempts that's a 66% completion precentage.

I've been a huge supporter of Romo for years now even had to defend the man against other cowboy fans and I'm grateful for all he's done for the franchise. Having said that lets be real the man has been out of the game for what two years now? Throwing around the ball at practice for a couple of weeks and playing on gameday are light years apart. Being in shape and being in game shape are also light years apart and you know he has to get his feet back under him, how long is that going to take? How many games are willing to potentially give up? We have seven weeks left and three division games still needing to be played. Everyone in the division is in the hunt right now are you willing to give up any ground and as it stands right now the number one seed in the NFC?

I'm sorry as much as I love Tony he shouldn't take the starting spot away from Dak. You make a big change like that and you risk losing the locker room it's not worth it. Dak is getting great game experience right now and I don't want to stop that. His mechanics can be tuned in ota's and camp. Right now this team is special and fellow cowboy fans you need to realize this, you need to respect it and you need to seriously enjoy it because chances are we will never see something like this again. This man isn't a game manager, he's a leader and he's the real deal respect that.
