He does have a 360% damage 8hit skill. Maybe he chains well like Chizuru. A 3* chainer would be great.
Switching BM out for GSM, the atk remains the same. But why would you do that? Stack both on your primary Orlandu and get him that 1k atk. The 2nd Orlandu is just there to buff up the 1st one's damage.
Because they fuck up and went for attack stats.

I have a habit of wanting things to be the same. Trying to slowly equip both Landu the same way.
Is overall damage output higher for the team if I stack one rather than build both up equally? Both are currently 619 & 650 ATK.
If I build one primarily it would change to 705 & 564.
ATK 30% is on Olive and she gets the best stuff. Trying to get her to 1k. I believe that will happen tomorrow if I get that +30ATK accessory.
You can have max attack stats and Bladeblitz. The only fuck up possible is getting Drainer and not maximizing attack.

In a nutshell.
I'm going to scream if I read one more "serious" freshman-tier argument on Reddit on why the Tiger Mask is still objectively superior in all ways than the Black Bandana on the sole grounds that the Tiger Mask has 2 more attack than the bandana (completely ignoring DEF and sleep immunity).
Because, you know, if you aren't OTKO'ing every trial boss in the game, then OBVIOUSLY you don't have enough attack and need to sacrifice everything and then some in the sole purpose of this game - to get more ATK on your physical damage units.
Stack everything on 1 unit before equipping your other units.
In your case, stack Orlandu first, then Olive, then 2nd Orlandu. Your main dd would be 1st Orlandu and Olive, with the 2nd Orlandu acting as a debuffer/chainer.

Yeah it can be routed differently for many ways to fuck up. I wasn't quite sure.

As to your question, Marie and Refia are no brainers. Marie for elemental defense, Refia for healing.
If your Firion is stacked, he's a great option as a dd since he's got huge killer bonus for both Ifrit and Siren. The last 2 members, I'd say Ling and Noctis, just for their versatility.
No problem. Damage in ffbe is exponential, that's why raising 1 unit's atk or mag as high as we can is more beneficial than having 3 units with only average atk.

Is it possible to chain two orlandeaus and two olives like this:
First strain of orlandeau's attacks, one olive lands, second strain of orlandeau's attacks lands making it 28 hits and then finish it with 2nd olive?

He could simply close the game and try again. I don't think the game saves immediately after that situation.

Olive doesn't need to hit last to benefit the bonus.
The best way to do it is just chain 2 Orlandus, and time both Olive to hit after the 10hit chain to gain the max bonus damage.
You should max that 2nd Olive, double Olive is as good as double Orlandu, damage wise. 1st Olive = Shattering Shot, 2nd Olive = True Shot. Almost triple damage than a single True Shot.

Yes the stories in the story events so far this year have actually been interesting. I have shat on the main story in the past but looks like they either changed the writer or their writing has improved vastly!

The writing doesn't seem like it's improved that much, just the type of stories they're doing. It just feels like they've finally gotten the base to work with now is the thing. They had to do all that setup in S1.

That would be even easier to do, will level her this weekend then. I was also considering using lapis to get her tms from 0 to 100. What would be the cost you think? 7 or 8k lapis?
I could do sparky, double hand, bracer and two queen tms for 30% atk and 20% hp from 0 to 100. Then use 2 gaffgarions for another bracer and two Lawrence for a 2nd monster breastplate. Already have a spare 30% atk so shed be as good as my first olive.
Yeah 7k to 8k ballpark.
I'm still considering whether to farm Sparky for my 2nd Olive. I'm only using the 2nd one as a Def Break+Thunder Break to buff up the damage on my prime Olive. Coz Shattering Shot+True Shot > True Shotx2.

Sparky gives another nice double hand bonus, though. Even if it's for shattering shot.
This depends on what your max energy is too... While not a huge savings, you might also get a few rank ups too~

Also, just thought about this. What about using Seven's elementalash then double trueshot? Could even add a break from ling.

Romandan Pistol. Imo, the 2nd Olive's atk doesn't matter that much. She already did more with that Shattering Shot debuff. Besides, it only deals 120% damage. Not worth it imo. But if you're gonna use 2 True Shots, then equipping her as much atk as you can is the logical way.
It usually takes me that amount of Lapis for 1 batch of TMs. Rank ups included.
If you're using Seven for the Thunder debuff, it would be better to use Ariana instead with her AoE +60% atk. That way, double Orlandus damage are also ramped up. And you still can Shatter+True shot with 2 Olives.
I think Ariana is better than Ling and Seven if we're only talking about maxxing damage potential of a double Olive+double Orlandu team. And 1 Olive already covers Ling's def break and Seven's Thunder break.

You're right. Never think about Ariana, she's like the plague for me...
So basicly a poor equipped Olive does the job. Throw her a candy gun, some basic gear and just use her for shattering shot. Well good thing there's the dunes this weekend. I also have other units like the emperor to lvl up.

The more people use your friend unit, the more your friend level increase and it gives bonus to EXP/Gil + some NRG pots.
Notice how we already have number of time used in the friend list.

Thanks for the input. I have probably burned through 60 tickets now with around 30 left. Still no luck, but I have gotten about 5 Hope dupes tho! FML

Got a rainbow from daily pull yesterday. Hoped for Fryevia, only because I got 20 of her moogles taking up space (that's instant 100%), but really wanted Noctis or Gilga. Turned out to be Marie instead. Really could have used a DPS but since I don't have her yet so I can't complain.

Marie is the fucking MVP of the upcoming Trial and several future ones too. I believe she is still unmatched in JPN in terms of resistance buff.
She is much better to have than Giglamesh, who is basically exchangeable with most DPS units. She is probably the 3rd best Rainbow you can get now, only behind Orlandu and Noctis.
Was something like 3 or 4 weeks in JPN. I don't think they'll do that WW. Largely because the world doesn't give a shit about DQ like Japan does.

So true. Gilgamesh used to be my most prized unit but he's taking a backseat now behind Olive and Orlandeau since nowadays in events, we need units like Marie, Ling, Minfilia etc.. It sure is boring getting Marie as a rainbow, but at least she'll always be an important unit to have arround.
