I am also thinking of buying Dishonored DE and Tomb Raider DE. Never played either of those games, what is the consensus here about them?

Like on PS4 where you can have multiple accounts on one system (I'm in the UK but have Canadian and USA accounts where I can play games from all accounts on my main UK account) can I do the same on PS3? Some of these deals look good like Okami etc

Maybe they'll drop a GOTY edition with lost legacy this fall.
Both are fantastic games and were GotY contenders across multiple sites in 2012/13 for good reason. Worth checking out both.
Tomb Raider DE PS4 is probably the definitive version of that game(even ahead of PC with all of the tweaks and upgrades). Safe to immediately buy. Even if aspects of the game bother you(characterization, story, tombs an afterthought), the visuals and setpiece moments will entertain.
Dishonored DE port is solid. Many scoff as it is a 30fps locked port(when it should be 60). But barring that, it is a great game and the DLC is equally strong.

I've wanted to revisit Dark Cloud for a while so I'll think I'll bite on that as well as Ape Escape 2 and Megaman Legacy Collection.
I was going to get Steamworld Heist but it's in my Steam library somehow (Humble bundle maybe). I'll double dip if they ever release a complete version that contains all the DLC.

They're both worth picking up, imo. Dishonored 2 is more refined and prettier, but I recently played Dishonored 1: DE not too long ago and loved it just as much as the first time I played it.

I kind of want to pickup the Marvel Ult alliance games but I remember it being in kind of a crappy state. Is it worth picking up at this point? It'd be a great game for me to play with my son.

From what I remember from when I was a kid, Bugs Life, Toy Story 2, and Emperor's New Groove are all fantastic. Peter Pan was boring and Lilo and Stitch sucks hard.

I'm in the same boat. I don't think they've been patched, BUT I suspect they improve with PS Pro Boost mode on. I'm going to go do some googling.

Boost mode indeed helps quite a bit. Huge difference, and honestly the only game I was even able to notice a difference.

This sale is incredibly underwhelming. I might be one of like 2 people that was hoping No Man's Sky would be on sale.
That being said, I'm getting cheap Uncharted Collection and Wolfenstein out of this, so its not a total loss.

What time is it?
I tend to take a non-lethal approach in stealth games given the option and I think that's a shortcoming of the Dishonored series if that's your play style. The mechanics wore then for me towards the end of the original and I didn't make it very far into the sequel. That's not to say they are bad games, the lethal approaches look like a lot of fun but I'm just not wired to approach them this way.

Nabbed Hot Shots Tennis, didn't realize the PS2 classic got released for PS4. I poured HOURS into that Vita game...

It controls fine and if your not crazy about the tank controls, they can be turned off.
