Upcoming Vita Games (~200+ Upcoming games in ENGLISH) || 2017 Edition ||

Did they ever officially cancel 2064: Read Only Memories?

Nope. They recently had a twitter campaign where they asked people to retweet if they were looking forward to the Vita version followed by asking people to retweet if they wanted a Switch version.

The Vita version stomped it and they "re-confirmed" that they're working on it and it's just a difficult porting job.

I worry what would have happened if Vita hadn't handily won the retweeting campaign.

They'd have cancelled. Expect another five or six Twitter "campaigns" before they officially cancel the game.

Ah crap. Was putting it off since I didn't think it'd sell out so quick.

No way, asian english release with all the DLC?

Having to deal with the different region stores is one of the worst things on the vita.

I wonder if there's any reason why ozgameshop and other e-stores don't sell the asian english region games, because they sell R1 and R2 games anyway. I guess there's probably not enough games to worry about. The Vita might get to a point, where there'll only be region 3 english releases.

I almost wish they'd just get it over with so I can go and play the PC version.

Almost.

Heh. I guess I'll wait and see how expensive it is to import vs. just buying the LE. Cheers for sharing. (Also welcome back!)

I actually think I got one of the last Play-Asia copies. I placed my order and it went out of stock like an hour later >.<

I figured it would go out of stock quickly. Bamco's Vita stuff lately hasn't been lasting too long.

Nah. Perfect kinda game for Vita imo. I do hope they get it finished.

Although it's Unity right? Which is a worry. Especially since someone like Mixedbag (who seem like an incredibly talented porting studio) gave up on WoA running on that engine.

2064 Vita is a contractual necessity, actually. It would have happened either way :3

With all the highly suspicious Twitter back-and-forth between MidBoss people and LRG people, I'd bet good money the PS4 version is getting an LRG physical release...which would make a Vita physical release pretty plausible. Here's hoping that happens.

Also, Amazon Spain now has Velocity 2X up. May 26th!

Is there anywhere to buy the carrying case for the Joetsu Vita grip for the slim? I see references to it's existence and pictures all over the place, but no retailers.

What's the consensus on Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Curry God? It's on sale now on PSN in AU. I like DRPGs and the food theme, but is it a good game?

Say folks, how well does Shantae run on Vita? I've heard conflicting reports. Considering it can't hold a steady 60 on -PS4- unless you're on a Pro in Boost Mode, I've been leery about picking it up.

Cool. It's on discount now for AU$6, so may as well get it.

Actually, my advice would be don't buy it. It's among the worst Vita games I've played, and I'm normally quite leniant on cheap-budget anime-inspired titles. It's repetitive; dull; story is a complete waste of time etc. It's a roguelike without any challenge, making it just a plodding turn-based game.

Review here if you're interested.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory will have identical content across both platforms and will feature crosssave, plus a save import from the original: https://www.famitsu.com/news/201705/11131937.html

Good. Still hoping after Accel World's Play-Asia listing there's still a chance for Asian physical on this, especially since I'll need it for save import.

It's super cute, very awawa and the localization is quite entertaining. The gameplay itself can get dull very fast. I played it for about 20 hours before stopping.

so dumb question, I bought Gundam Breaker 3 (asian english edition) a few months back. Now I see there is a new version with all the DLC. Is there a way to buy the DLC in english? Is it cheaper just to buy the Breaker edition?

Only if you switch accounts, because the DLC is available on Asia's PSN Store only.

I just need VA11-Hall-A and limited run games to do a physical release
