I'm honestly over the phase when I wanted the DCTVU made in live action. The more risks the DCEU takes, the better for me. I'd rather have flawed behemots like BvS than "fresh" popcorn junk.

While I like the sentiment, I'm sort of bothered by the fact that WW is seemingly carrying this burden. For some people, it's not just a movie anymore. Its success or failure is going to be used as evidence for people on both sides to drive their agendas.
I feel it's kind of unfair. It's nice to celebrate WW for all the circumstances surrounding its making but the future of other female directors or female led action movies shouldn't hinge on the success of just one film.
Anyways, i hope for the best.

I'm actually surprised /Film ran with that story to be honest. They usually do a pretty good job on not just putting up every single rumor out there.
