I've really come around to it and think it looks great. Plus it gives the game a unique identity.

Man I'm so excited for this. Insomniac just makes sense for a Spider-man game.
I want this game to have cool mechanics, and a deep combat.
I want it to have lots of characters from all over Spidey and Marvel's universes.
I want it to be sandbox, with lots of activities and events.
I want it to have some epic as fuck set pieces.
I want it to have a good plot.
I want it to be intimate, and focused on Peter Parker and his struggles, not only on the "game-y" aspect of Spiderman.
Damn i want thos game to be so many things, i don't know how many of them will actually be a thing.
But i'm sure whatever it will be its going to be spectacular.

Is there not a good chance there will be other Spiderman outfits in the game to unlock etc. Would anyone be surprised if there is a classic spiderman preorder outfit. Recent Batman games allowed classic outfits etc.
This right here. People will know it's the Insomniac Spider-Man when they see the white spider.
There's probably gonna be alternate costumes, so whatever. Though the suit has grown on me in the last year or so.
On-topic, I'm not expecting the game to drop this year, but I'd love to see more of it.

The white spider is too large for the scheme. Clashes.
after sunset overdrive, there is no need to worry. they will deliver a great open world action game.
Insomniac said there is a reason for the white spider.

Seeing Marvel not treat their licensed games like merchandise and actually making them full budget titles is heartening.
It was always the major flaw of most licensed games. You just never get the time and money to make a good game if the owner of the license just wants something on shelves alongside the action figures for a movie release.

I want to see Felicia Hardy, Carnage, Venom, Spider-Carnage and Madame Webb in this game. I hope they go all out with the story and not the usual stuff like Doc-Oct or Harry.
That doesn't make it any easier on the eyes.

I know he's not going to look like it, but whenever I think "experienced Peter Parker". My mind always goes to the 90s animated series version.

I was still in a Ratchet and Clank high when this was announced, and after even within retrospect, it was still one of my games of the year, if not number one.
I really hope this is great. Let it set until 2018, I don't mind.

I don't mind the spider..it's the blue bits over his shoulders I hate. It looks like he has bra straps.

I think they'll scan Jeff Goldblum and he'll be a proper human-spider hybrid.
OT and maybe I'm late with this, but the production quality of IGN videos has improved to good TV quality. Really pleasant to watch.

There's someone from Insomniac (sorry his name escapes me at the moment) who posts here and at the e3 reveal he was responding to some posts here and I believe he addressed that they're putting a lot of work into the web-slinging.
