It's for Switch. One of the key aspects of the original leaks was that the Rabbids will sometimes "invade" your Switch, breaking the 4th wall, and the HD Rumble lets you feel them running around inside the JoyCons.

LPVG and Liam Robertson both leaked it. I think Eurogamer and/or Emily Rogers may have mentioned it at some point as well. The above individuals/groups have leaked many other games and Switch features...including (IIRC) Pikmin for Switch, BG&E2, Mother 3, and Pokémon Stars, for example.
