I doubt I'll come back for a bit longer. I wasn't having much fun.
Zelda is awesome but there isn't much left to do but wander around (which is still fun) until I decide to go face Gannon. But the DLC comes out in a week.
I should be playing Persona but I played that one day and didn't come back. Maybe I'll force myself this weekend.
The games I most want to play right now are Mario+Rabidds and Mario Odyssey, too bad for me.

Is it bad that this makes me really want get on to play Orisa now?
I've been wanting to get into playing her more anyway.
I think codey mains her and was in the top 100 recently.
Her hacks, stalls, and distractions win games, and her escapability is so good she never dies when played well, allowing her to always be around to help for any team fight.
Roadhog is now gone, and winston is slightly hurt from Reaper buff too, making her better than ever.
2CP God if people play around her right.

Miss those days of 5-6 stack when Ruler almost hit master, probably the most fun I had with the game.
In regards to P5, I don't know in which palace you are but I assure you that the last 20h-30h are really really good.

Oh the game is incredible. I just have to dive in and fully commit myself.
Don't worry the comp days will return. Every so often we take a brief break, but we always return.
I reckon her best use is on Escort defence. Can harass enemies with hacking and shooting until her ult is charged and then can use cloak and ult to completely ruin attacking teams that get around the cart.

Potential hero reveal on Friday too.
Her best use right now is 2CP Defense against dive comps. Since dive runs Lucio/Zen as supports, the flanking DPS are reliant on health packs, so Sombra's ability to lock down all the packs on the objective is incredibly useful in this meta.

Man that hook change really changes things though. I was feeding so much to the enemy Roadhog as Genji, yet he couldn't finish me off. Sad times because he's like my second most played.

No, what happened to Roadhog is unlike anything a hero has gone through. He is legitimately useless and not worth a slot on any team.

less road hog is a good thing. He can still hook into the well and is borderline unkillable.

All of the 'Hog changes are really nerfs for Tracer, though. He's not around to ult battery as much. He shoots more spread damage quicker. He can still one-hit her. His head hitbox is much smaller.
She didn't get off scot-free this time.

How I feel about Zen and Zarya. Yes I miss discord orbs and frags, and was never really hip to bouncing between bubbles on Zarya till they lowered her charge. I wish.

He's not as good anymore so he will be picked much less, which is a plus for tracer. Of all the tanks he is by far the one that poses the bigger threat to her. My playstyle with tracer changes dramatically if there's a hog in the opposite team since I'm always cautious of the hook when I know he's looking for me and a lot of times I have to get him out of the picture first or wait until his hook is on cooldown before focusing on the supports which is not ideal.

Watching Calvin's live stream, this guy makes McCree look overpowered as fuck. Critical hits all day, never misses a single shot. Flash bang is an instant kill.
don't blizzard usually ban people who use known exploits though? I'm just gonna avoid comp till they fix it.

This can't be considered as that. It's not like players will stop shooting as Orisa when they are using her ult just because Blizz screwed things up.

If losing the ability for easy mode 1 shot kills invalidates a character, then there needs to be something done about his entire kit.

Went on a nice little run and reached platinum tonight.
Played with and against a bunch of Orisa's and didn't notice any egregious ult stacking.
Reapers and McCrees in pretty much every game tonight.

Then they should be upfront about that and not put out a half assed update that effectively removes a character from the game, because that's terrible balancing.

You can tell DR2K is salty about getting hooked all the time.
-Hook is on an 11 second cooldown, which is pretty boring.
-He only has a left click, and it's a cannonball projectile with a massive hitbox - not a skillshot like Roadhog's.
-It's nigh impossible to miss with the hook.
-Hook + gun takes 3 shots to kill, so it's just about disruption.
-His ultimate turns him into a melee monster for some reason...lol.
+He has a turtle shell spin that gives him a mobility option.
+He can huddle into his shell to create a Winston-like barrier for the team to hide in.
+He has an outfit that turns his body into lava-scorched earth. Looks sick and is far better than anything Roadhog has as a skin.
I played around with Makoa in Paladins, and he's not a good Roadhog substitute IMO:

Yeah I always felt that Sombra was way more annoying to me than I was to her whenever I played hog. Sure I could hook her a few times when she appeared to harass the supports, but when I was hacked I felt like I was a goner since no hook/heal and she can hit every single shot on my biggass hitbox.
I don't dislike the Roadhog changes, honestly. His fire rate is fast enough so you can spam shoot around you and catch fast characters, and you can still one shot squeeshies like Zen or Widow.
Reaper is annoying as fuck now and McCree's all around are using his Ult anywhere because they think it's OP now, (it is, but when you use it like before the changes, not when you use it in the middle of the fucking map) that's how you get hooked.
I also dislike the new map, I like literally nothing about it.
