I want to say, I know some of you are hype for Frieza and I'll admit thats going better than I thought it would but...
Man if we had Yamcha we could have had a One piece style bro up moment. Just the fact the team is splintered and they're focused on that. We can't have that moment where the whole crew stands down the enemy in unison

Maybe rather than the fighters just getting thrown out like people seem to be expecting, they'll mostly be wounded and the adversity will actually unite them through the tournament by the end.

I have noticed an increase in appreciation for Yamcha but he was initially my favorite character when I first started watching DBZ with the Future Trunks arc. I divide up my favorite characters in DB though. I have a favorite main character (Goku), favorite strong supporting character (17), favorite weaker supporting character (Yamcha). I love rooting for the underdog and in DB, Yamcha is the underdog I will always cheer on
