Spectrum was my first system, or at least the one that I have the earliest memories of. I used to play a game on it that I'd love to know the name of, but I can hardly remember much about it... I think you controlled a dog (that walked upright) and it was a sort of platformer/puzzler.
When you complete all the games that are there, you unlock chrono trigger, dkc2, dkc3, the quintet trilogy, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Tetris Attack, and a special SNES version of Mother 3.

Just out of curiosity, since I know there are sites that datamine Ebay: is there any way to see how many NES Minis were sold? And similarly, how many were listed on Craigslist?
The reason being, I wonder if we could get a rough idea about how many were resold by scalpers vs units produced, or maybe at least vs US sales (we got NPD figures, right?)
Was it 5%? 50%? It'd be interesting to know.

I really hope people don't hold out too long, NOA is almost definitely not going to be taking preorders for this. They want the foot traffic and headlines of giant mobs of people searching for their products.
Unless I missed some confirmation today that they will open preorders at some point.

I'm becoming more and more convinced that Nintendo is going to refuse pre-orders in the US again, like they did last time. I guess they feel it builds buzz better if they turn it into nationwide battle royale.
In all honesty, even though it's nasty, that makes more sense that they way they did it in Europe this time. By the time normal people had even heard about it it was sold out everywhere. At least last time there was a warning and an advertised pre-order date.
