I'm not sure who was involved in writing that game (whether it was TellTale staff, Gearbox, etc.) but I hope they're involved in Borderlands 3. Not that a co-op shooter can have the same story focus but still.

Tales from the Borderlands is so warm and fuzzy. I love it.

the best thing about PUBG is how easy it is to hop into a game and not feel burdened by 'Oh no I'm not the right level/gear/whatever' for like a few minutes

PUBG winning falls in line with the last two years where the game that provided the most content that year won GOTY so I can see it happening, even if it is still in Early Access. But what does that even mean for an online game with constant updates? The distinction between EA and 1.0 seems like semantics, especially since the updates will keep coming after 1.0. That separation seems pointless unless I can see what they have planned in a 1.0 release right now. Then I have a clear idea whether or not the game is "released" based on how the features compare against the 1.0 list. Otherwise they could technically say it's out of EA whenever they feel like it, in which case, what's the point?

I agree, and like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if it won GOTY, even if it's still in Early Access. My question is more for people who thinks that should be a disqualifier, what does the transition from EA to 1.0 for a game like this even mean? Why should we care about the separation? If the game is good and fully featured enough in it's unfinished state (like PUBG), the separation seems kinda pointless when talking about GOTY

I'm always down for any game that ignores how Modern Warfare ruined multiplayer games forever. It's a shame about everything else about Battleground though.

I really hope there is a Crash QL because I want to see them come to the same conclusion that a lot of people are in that Crash games are bad and always have been.

I was gonna email the bombcast about how activision will react to the collections apparent success but if brad gets my name wrong again despite clear pronunciation pointers I think I'll smash my phone.
