It's almost as if there was no way an E3 build was gonna be the final version of how the game looks when in stores.the game looks noticeably better imo. Look at zero.
I'm salty as fuck that's the RE stage. There's nothing RE about it.
I really don't like the new voices for Haggar and Spidey. Even Nemesis' grunts sound worse to me.
I played 4 hours of this at Capcom yesterday and I can answer questions about the build. I didn't really zero in on any given character so I won't be able to get too technical on any given one, but I dabbled with everyone to just get a feel for stuff.
I wrote a thing too:
https://www.vg247.com/2017/07/21/ma...-with-spider-man-frank-west-nemesis-and-more/
I think Gamora is amazing, and Nemesis has armor on loads of moves and is an absolute beast because of it.
If I had a penny for every time someone says this regarding a fighting game made by Capcom... I'd probably be able to fund Ace Attorney localizations.I will wait for a complete edition.

OP updated with latest media/updates from SDCC.
New stage preview in press materials?
Probably is and I'm just stupid. He sounds more nasally though in his new lines.Haggar has a new VA? Sounds like the same guy from 3 to me.
Giving the Tales Of series a run for its money on how chatty everyone is during battle.
So nothing happens with that big pit in the middle?
Can you elaborate more on the Mind Stone's Infinity Surge? All I can say about that is that Capcom provided the screenshots after I left their office via email, but if you notice -- the stage they revealed today is A.I.M.brella, and that's the building in the very back of that screenshot.
The Xgard stage has a few different locations/versions - inside the throne room, outside on the bridge - so I wouldn't be surprised if this is the outside variant of the aimbrella stage - but it wasn't playable in this build.

From videos it seems like it puts you in a hard knockdown state (not even like a bounce which is more common in MvC:I) and prepares you for a wakeup more than it looks like a "stun" state as I see it described, as nobody seems to combo out of it in the videos we've seen. Or is the window really short?
This is interesting, thanks for the clarification. It's a hard knockdown followed by a stun state that basically works like a Street Fighter dizzy state - they stand stunned for a few moments with stars around their head and you can then capitalize on that to set up something bigger (like using the downtime to drop Frank's tripod ready to photograph a combo, for instance). It's a command grab, so it can't be teched, not even by another Mind Stone, I think.
Based on these new screenshots I think they have reduced chromatic aberration a bit.
Don't sleep on this 12 minute IGN Gameplay Video of the new characters y'all, this has by far some of the best combos/play we've seen thus far for the game.
Also more gameplay from Maximilian.
This is interesting, thanks for the clarification.

Maximum Spider is in there, for the people that thought it had been cut.
Looks like Peter's a high school student as of MvCI (it's at 4:16 in Max's video, specifically as a Frank quote to Spider-Man).Don't sleep on this 12 minute IGN Gameplay Video of the new characters y'all, this has by far some of the best combos/play we've seen thus far for the game.

Could someone post any good Jedah footage?
Did advancing guard always reflect projectiles? Gamora reflected Nemesis' missile here: https://youtu.be/rXeORX76ODw?t=371
I'm glad that Haggar has finally been shown, but...something about this game still feels off-putting to me.
It's strange that this game is coming out in almost two months, and I'm not that hyped about it.

NO that's definitely a piledriver. He drops em on their head rather than back"Piledriver!" *Does powerbomb*
yeah, spidey mentions being inexperienced too so it's more shitty high school Spider-Man for everyone.
Considering how the MCU is approaching Spider-Man & the fact that they got Robbie Daymond to voice Peter, it's not that surprising.yeah, spidey mentions being inexperienced too so it's more shitty high school Spider-Man for everyone.

I cant get over the menus and UI.
Everyone says the game looks better but its lacking personality still.
Man the YouTube comments on ign video is nothing but negative.
