Actually, I installed the day one patch and I didn't experience that screen when I launched MM7.

If it's patched out already I don't see the big deal. Nintendo isn't going to ruin their business relationship with Capcom over a line of text.

Capcom is known for shitty quality control, and even if the rom was taken off of the internet, Nintendo was caught doing the same thing.
