Changes to the final build.
If you block anything in the air it now does chip damage, even normals. On the ground though there is no chip without supers.
Pushblocking has been changed to be more like Marvel 3.
All gattling low normals have been removed. Ex: Moves like c.lk with Magneto, st. Lk from Morrigan. No more hit confirming with lights.

just to clarify, what do you mean pushblocking is more like marvel 3?
that chip change is real interesting. curious to see what the chip values are.

are you testing this stuff at summerjam? did you get a chance to see if the autoblock thing is real or not?
also please test if captain marvel's j.lp is an overhead/if it's usable as a real trijump
As mentioned before, the concern with adding Gwenpool is that it may negate the need for Deadpool later unless Capcom gets super-creative with Gwenpool. But with no Gwenpool on Day 1, I'm not sure if we'll ever get her since Deadpool is a post-2017 DLC possibility.
Yeah I've been saying this since MvCI was announced. I get the impression that people who think the presence of one undoes the necessity of the other don't actually understand what kind of character Gwenpool is, and even if that were the case, Wolverine never undid the presence of X-23.

Man, I'd love Batroc. He's not that popular, and he's also not really all that suited for a hyper fighter, but it would be great being able to leap all over the place with him. Maybe give him those electric boots he had at one point.
I like all those changes. I'm curious how did you come to find out this information?

I want Speedball for the same reason (and because I like NW). I like the idea of a character that just bounces around the stage.

mvc3 was an amazing looking game
any effort following it up would have had to be 100% on point to even compare because that's how good mvc3 looked
to think that the next gen sequel looks so bad on its own is unfortunate
but then when you compare it to what we got from the same series just a few years ago, it's almost rage inducing

Interesting. I don't see why people associated the sales prediction with how many posts or numbers of threads the game(s) getting. Well, I could see the case for certain games but still. I don't think it would works for the game who got heavily negative backlashes around.

It's really weird to me that the official site doesn't have a dedicated character page with bios and theme samples and the like. I can't think of the last Capcom fighting game (or fighting game in general) without a character section on the official site.

So Zero does 0 damage during that whole sequence and MM kills him with a Reality Lightning pillar. Cool.
If you don't take chip while grounded then you can just hold your ground and block through the spam.
It does feel kinda silly that Zero's projectile game seems better than X's though lol
Not unexpected however. Capcom seems to have 2 rules for their fighting games:
1) If Zero is in it, he is a great character
2) The roster will be leaked

It looked like X was taking chip damage early in the clip. (not to be confused with the damage he takes at the very beginning) Then he reached absolute minimum health and I guess chip doesn't kill in this game.

I hate Zero. Just because it's who my friend always plays as and that character can be annoying for me to handle and I don't have any of the characters I used to use to handle his ass (Felecia, Viewtiful Joe, and Wesker)
