Thanks for the heads up. I have a ton of his TM from farming the raid too, maybe I should spend some tickets and go for it.

Just saw the thread on Reddit about the Jp stuff, not only do they get the units, but some of our gear... with buffs to them >.>; and unusual banners added too, great unit/good unit/troll unit

They seem to be completely reworked from scratch, OMG this is so exciting. Xon TM is absolutely fantastic too considering it will be free.

I still hold to my earlier comment. IF they're willing to do this as a small group to see how it turns out, more of the global units could bounce over, and if Nier is repeated... we may see it repeat as well >.>; Wonder if this'll work both ways in time...

Decided to use 3 tickets, first one was my second Rikku, second was Leon (two golds in a row isn't bad!), third was 210.

Sadly I'm on iPad (no jailbreak) and streaming options are costly so I can't do that.
And I still need to decide if I want to chase the Onion or not >.<

Hi Exvius gaf!

Had all but given up on getting a 9S after using all my tickets/lapis earlier this week so sold all the TMs to make space and get the cheap one ticket thing with the 10x cactuars and gil monsters. Ended up pulling a 9S with that ticket. This morning I went to pull on the daily and got a 2nd 9S... As much as I want to be miffed I should be grateful that I managed to get 2 eventually. Best of luck to those of you still hunting him! May Ariana bless your pulls.

Amusingly the main thing I wanted from this event was Eve. I loved him and Adam in Nier Automata. Sad seeing everyone call him trash even if it is the case. I love his sprite animations.

Low stats, no cohesiveness, renamed Adam moveset (mostly)... Although, I'm sure even IF he was a good unit, there'd still be hate >.>;

It looks like they completely changed her and its not just a buff. She's now a Fire/Dark attacker.

They've added additional Lance moves like "Dark Lance" and "Fire Lance" to her, the GL version only had regular old "lance" which was the osmosis like move. Not to mention she now has dark breath (not sure if she's going to get that Ice or Lighting breath like GL at all).

Then she's got "breathe in deeply" which opens up 4 abilities. Two of those are dark and fire abilities, maybe a jump style ability like Crimson Death with elemental attack added, and the other two abilities, "Burning Charge" and "Eclipse Charge" could be some variant of Mystic Thrust.

Xon and Ling seems to have gotten the same treatment as well. Ling has become a combo-dance buffer unit that can heal, and Xon now has an AOE version of entrust and an aoe stop attack.

Welcome!!! And I couldn't agree more with Eve, I loved the character and I was honestly hoping he would be a very decent 4* that people would be hyped for. I love his animation sprite, especially his LB sprite. It seriously might be one of my favorite LB animations in the game.

As a unit he's mostly unremarkable, especially his weapon selection, and the fact that non of this abilities have any synergy.

Could they be "Enhancements" that global would eventually see for these units, or do you think more a reworking of the unit completely? I facepalmed when the raid Moogle had higher attack than Eve

Yeah, I can see why peeps hate him and no blame on them for it. Should of explained (sorry) more a case of being sad GUMI did him so wrong and got him the response he did. He'll be forever tarnished as a result ;A;. That ending to the post is great lmao.
If nothing else, though, they did at least manage to make him a more offensive version of Adam, considering that his release offended the entire fanbase.

They did say they wanted to bring the GL units to JP at some point. I'm surprised it's now though, thought they meant in the distant future like 2018.

I loved Ling in GL so I'm looking forward to getting her in JP. I really need to get JP on my phone, doing raids just on PC is difficult to work around life.

I think it'll be difficult to enhance GL units to the new JP versions as their abilities and skillets are so different, not to mention their LBs. In the case of Reberta, it seems like a majority of her skills are different.

In the GL version she doesn't have dark abilities or dark imperil. We've seen in the recent Veritas of the Flame enhancements that there is a path to add new abilities via enhancing old ones (enhancing Flame Axe adds new ability Double Axe). But for Reberta, some of the base mechanics, and her functionality, are completely different. We might get some of the changes but I don't think all.

I also wonder if the GL's Crimson Deaths spark-chain is going to be fixed or modified. Because that is one of her greatest benefits.

decide to use all my leftover lapis and ticket and do 40 pull (11 yellow, no 9S), stil no rainbow.

in total i have spent about 110-120 pull (that i saved up in the last 3 month) for this banner and the result is disaster.

Remind me the time for when i try to chase Orlandu.

There goes any hope for base 5* chainer. my account is cursed.

to add insult to my injury, my last pull is Hope.

Not going to lie, you guys are making me want to try it out. Problem is with the way I want to do it I need to level 2 units, which means I need to spend my raid coins, which I don't want to do until I've used my resources to try get A2 as I have absolutely no space to keep her moogles. Guess I'll attempt it next weekend. Some gaffers will surely have it done by then.

Is it even possible to fully chain 2B's Speed attack? I tried it more than 20 times already and I couldn't even do it once. At least with A2 it works sometimes, like 5% of the times.

Bringing Global units to JP is cool. Maybe they can bring JP lapis over to Global now? (kidding). Changing the global units so much seems weird though. If I was in JP I'd be annoyed I wasn't getting the "real" units. It makes more sense to just release the units already enhanced but maybe they don't want to play their hand early and reveal to global what they have planned.

Related, does anybody follow the JP community? I really want to see some salt on their end with A2. We get so little to lord over them and this is the best opportunity we've ever had. Popular collab waifu and she's a goddamn beast who would be competitive even in the JP version.

This ticket daily is weirding me out. I love it of course but I'm too afraid to hope it will stay. Am I wrong in thinking it might, since Gumi didn't even announce it? Gumi loves to announce temporary boosts but they never make a big deal about permanent upgrades (summon normalization, crystal change) because it highlights how shit things were before. Permanent free ticket every day would be such a game changer. It'd almost make up for the insulting banner rates.

Are you using the magnifying trick? Mine is on position 4 too. There has to be something wrong with my method because this makes absolutely no sense, no one is freaking out about how incredibly hard it is to chain with them and it feels like I'm the crazy one that can't chain for shit no matter how fast I try.

9S TM done and now suddenly getting 9S TM Moogles and none for the 3x Eve I have sitting here.

Also can't seem to get the 9S TM chaining skill to chain with my Orlandeau.


Also have yet to finish a single 21O TM and I have 16 of these girls.

For those that still haven't completed Echidna or have missions outstanding on that trial, take advantage of all the enhanced Maries floating around your friends list. She trivializes many of Echidna's mechanics. Just did the 5-man I had left to do with Y'shtola, WoL, A2, Orlandu, and AD's Marie.

Well, that's 2, and I still have 165 tickets. Decisions, decisions...

You got 2 9S and an A2. I'm going to attempt to be the voice of reason (no one in ExviusGAF listens to this voice, least of all me) and tell you to get out while the getting's good. That's what I did - I'm selling all my 2B moogles from the raid coins and I'm not even rolling dailies anymore for the moonshot chance at her.

If 2B is your fav, then go for it, I suppose - my personal pull priority is favorites > utility > power - but you already got the mechanically (get it? they're robots?!) superior 5* from the banner.

165 tickets + 12 more free ones from this Ariana event puts you in a comfortable position for the next busted-ass GL exclusive to come down the track, or Ayaka, or Cloud, or whoever.

Disengage. Know when to leave the table. There's plenty of better stuff coming.

Beastlord, Virtuous Contract, and Mechanical Heart all got done this morning! Very nice upgrades all around. A2 is at almost 1100 atk now and 2B is slowly inching closer to 1k.
