If it's out for delivery it's a done deal.
Nah. It's coming out of Amazon's fulfillment centers so they still have control over what goes out.

Mine got cancelled it seems. I like how Amazon tried to do it on the down low. No email notification or anything, just gone from my orders.

Anytime there's a price mistake, always always always do one day shipping. That gets it out of the factory before it can be stopped.

I use mine with my Nest thermostat which is upstairs.
"Computer tell the thermostat to change the temperature to 75"
"Computer ask the thermostat what the temperature is"
"Computer tell the thermostat I'm home/I'm leaving"

How would they not notice this though, is it possible or legal for Amazon to charge people for the Echo Dot/s they have received for free?
If this was a ploy by Amazon to get more Echo Dot's out in the wild, why not just send one out for free to any Prime member once they have spent £1000 direct from Amazon?

Mine was like that all day too but it shipped this afternoon per an e-mail I got a bit ago. This was a 2 day shipping order

Like I mentioned earlier in the thread I wonder if they'd fulfill Prime member orders and cancel everyone else's.
I'm not currently a Prime member and mine got cancelled.

Me too. Sucks cause my friend with Prime was gonna get two (another one for me), but it ran out right when he got there.
I'm a Prime member. They have not cancelled mine yet but I doubt I will actually get them. Still say "shipping today".
