Favorite Haribo?

After running in to what seems like hundreds of different Haribo varieties I thought it would be fun to discuss what everyone's favorite is. For me its the Gold Bears. Something about the consistency just feels right. Not too hard, not too soft. Flavors are nice and fruity. Always thought it was weird that the green one was strawberry. Too boring/obvious? Is there some obscure long discontinued flavor you stay up at night dreaming about?

Yeah that is also my favorite gummy bear brand. I actually don't see much of anything else from them in stores.

I had the cola one once and it was great but it is never where I try looking

Their apple gummies with the checkerboard pattern are amazing, but they only sell the peach ones In most stores. So glad they're building a factory in the US in 2020 so we can stop getting the stale leftovers imported from Turkey.

They all have ups and downs

Green and white key things and cherries in Tangfastics
Milk bottles and tortoises (frogs?)/shoes in Super Mix
Cola bottles and hearts in Starmix

The special ones they sold recently in the UK were disgusting, and the packaging should have made it clearer that they were different from normal Starmix

As well as the standard Bears, Sour Bears, Cola, and Fizzy Cola, I sometimes get the hankering for the Frogs and Fruit Salad varieties:

I've only had a single bag of Haribo Gold bears that wasn't tough as hell to chew, so I don't buy them anymore. Albanese makes the best gummies, in my opinion.

These...exist? My main complaint with a lot of Haribo stuff is the texture is lacking compared to the bears.

Yeah, I see them at a big international supermarket near me. There are two kinds, one is more licorish/gum drop like in texture, the other is more like the gummy bears. Unfortunately as far as I can tell the packages are identical so near impossible to definitely order the correct kind from online.

US gummies are shipped from turkey, so they're often a little stale by the time we get them. Id try again in 2020 once the Wisconsin factory is finished.

I thought for most of my life Haribo was danish, mind was blown when i learned Haribo is German..

Best Haribo is a hard one, sour pacifiers probably.

Sour gummy bears + sour cola bottles > tangfastics, because tangfastics have too many of those nasty cherry pieces.

Rainbow frogs and regular frogs are great, too.
