So...cool to redeem in-game? It's mostly reassuring.

At the very least you'll be able to keep everything that isn't plat. The plat is a little unclear at this point in time, but I'm leaning towards them allowing us to keep it, especially if it was due to circumstances beyond their control (likely Steam).

My understanding is that you shouldn't be able to piecemeal a transaction like this. It would either be all or nothing based on the description at the time of purchase.

I personally think they will let us keep it all, but they are being a little bit vague about the plat. I don't think that's intentional, I just think people are (rightfully) pointing out that the language is not as clear as it could be.

Every Warframe is different, lots of video's you can look up.

They even have a warframe that is a musical frame.

Wow yea this is really damn cool. I equipped Hydroid Prime and now all my abilities seem water based. Can't believe I never tried this game.

Funny you should say that ...

Though he's really talking more about breadth of content, options and customization

Word for word lol. I used to watch Skillup vids for The Division. I'm going to watch this now thanks.

I kinda want to try and jump in now but I'm probs just gonna end up having FOMO over the platinum or whatever it is :L

They already confirmed those who bought it can keep it all

Best purchase and will buy later this year another package to show support for DE, they deserve every money.

Yeah, this. I usually buy plat every few months or shell out for a prime pack once a year to show 'em some love anyway. They do great work.

Sounds like we may get to keep it after all.

Sweet I have a new game to play.

You can totally do that, probably without using any plat!

Only the basic colors are unlocked by default, for the cool ones you have to shell out some plat. As weird as it may sound, I think color palettes are one of the best microtransactions you can buy if looks are a concern.

Yep, they are also all usable in Captura, I believe.

For new players, pick Excalibur. It's the hardest starting frame to get otherwise... And with "The Sacrifice" allowing you to get Excalibur Umbra sometime this year, you might want that frame in particular.

I started reading the Kotaku review (yes I know but it's from only like a year ago) and it makes the game sound like a Musou. Do you just spend most of the time fighting trash mobs and looking cool? Please say no.

Well, damn. Happy to see DE just letting things slide.

The official all-clear signal for your butts has been given. Go to town!

It's not a Musou game, but yes you spend most of the time mowing down minions.

Have you ever played a Diablo game? If you think that is like Musou, then WF probably is too. I would maybe check some other sources to see what they say as well.

...Moreso than other loot games, I guess. I mean. I.e. Diablo 3, Borderlands 2, etc.

Its more like a horde hybrid.

There is pvp,but a lot of pve.

I dunno if it's possible to spend *more* time killing trash mobs in a loot game.

I liked Borderlands 2 but hate Musous. Will I be alright? I know I'm probably overcomplicating this for a F2P game. 20GB download though.

This game feels like 3rd person Diablo - not like a Musou. Just like Diablo at the endgame you are literally killing 10+ guys per ability - but not in a Dynasty Warriors sort of way.

"Sure it is.

Musou games."

Well, if you mean time to kill as in, how long it takes to kill individual mobs, it's pretty much in line with Diablo/POE, etc. Fairly short, until you get to something like level 80+ in a long ass defense mission.
