Haha I hear ya man. What was it?

TU 2-flag on Ridgeline. Got into a close shootout with someone by our base, took their shields off, missed 4-5 headshots, he evaded around a corner, evaded back for the beatdown. I just didn't have it in me to keep going.

It's still odd getting enjoyment from a set of mechanics in one context (Firefight) and then getting frustrated with the same ones in another (Multiplayer).

The cR payout of weeklies stopped mattering to me long ago (probably around #30 or so). It's only about the streak and the final count when Bungie.net stats go into hibernation. Hint is in the spoiler.

For me to even consider doing it for the credits, it'd have to be a six-digit payout. I only have Pestilence and Inclement Weather left to buy in the armory, and am a million cR from even buying one of them.

I'm already expecting #77 to be SLASO Pillar of Autumn.

I find that interesting, and it made me think about people talking about different abilities and weapons for SP and MP. Some people would say that SP and MP should be made to suit their own strengths entirely, and disregard attempting to be uniform over the different game modes. When this has been done however, it is usually criticized, with a recent example being BF3's campaign being criticized because it is very different from the style of gameplay found in MP.

We know that Bungie has seemed to like uniform gameplay through game modes (with the small exceptions of a couple of weapons or pieces of equipment), it will be interesting to find out how 343 feels about this in Halo 4.

If Halo 4 was a real thing amiright!

Id be happy with a campaign that employed weapons/equipment and abilities and AA's from the Halo series (more VISR mode amirite) and a multiplayed that streamlined the content for a balanced experience.

That's evade for ya. Please, please, please, 343i, take a serious look at it in the coming update. Remove it for a month on a probationary basis; if the population of objective plummets dramatically by all means restore it and make an unskippable splash on the front page of MM heralding its return. Its removal would make objective playable again.
 
I sent some friend request to the night gaming group. (TJ Ram, Risen etc.) Going to be much more online at these times because class doesn't start until 9:30am(12:30am PST; 3:30am EST) from Monday-Wed.

I like Solitary in FFA with no Jet-packs, but as you said jet pack destroys maps. Why walk anywhere, when you can fly over everything!
That's the problem, Solitary is a good FFA map but it doesn't work as a 4vs4 map imo. If you face agaisnt a team who works together and hold the upper areas, you don't have any chance against them. Get killed at spawn etc. It's just the impression I got always.

I choke so much when i have the sniper, its something iv never used to do i went on a sniper training binge and played only Team Snipes for like a month before and i was lethal with it but i stopped playing and now im sucky again
Story of my life, man. Also I choke when people are cheering for me when I'm going on a Sniper spree or Killing spree; there mere mention of me doing "good" makes me choke.

3 more days until potential leaks and 8 more days till we are either very sad or very happy.

It can't be proven from our end but I swear people are voting for Prisoner just for the easily exploitable spawncamp you can set up. People seem to veto immediately then votes pile onto Prisoner or Solitary as soon as it shows up, regardless of the gametype.

Prisoner needs to be removed from Anniversary Squad, and Rockets FFA on Prisoner added to Anniversary FFA. Also saw Team Snipers on Headlong come up as an option on Headlong earlier in 4v4 Anniversary Squad. That also needs to go.

It wouldn't surprise me. People on Reach seem to do everything to get a decent K/D. Just look how mad people were when the exploitable spots were removed from the infection maps.

Honestly if there is no mention of it or even a hint on the 29th in the Bulletin I think it is safe to say it won't be there.
We got an audio video which mentions gun sounds. During HaloFest we got an audio video too and then we got the art trailer. This is a clear pattern of trailers being released!

LOL let me believe this, I know it's wrong but give a brother something to look out for :3

So I played Squad DLC for the first time today... We got the lovely option of Unanchored, Unanchored or Unanchored.

12 people is way too many for that map :/ Combined with 100% bloom, it was terrible.

I had a run through Refuge with some buddies, it is so much better than default Asylum. No issues that I could see and it worked so much better.

Add it to MM 343!
 
Yea I need a 4th for MLG. I hope you know how the weapon times, spawn locations and tendencies and are ok with playing against Pros here and there

Haha the first game we played with David yesterday was a MLG 3v3, I didnt think he would stick around, fair play to him he was doing pretty well. I also have to say that I do really like Over's Sanctuary remake.
