Rock was shook, he was in a blathering incoherent rage at the end not knowing what to say and flubbing his lines. The way he stepped up closer to Cena when he said that comment was fire, he was daggered and it made him mad.

Are you even aware that this, everything that happened within the last 20 minutes of the show, is just WWE's ploy to make Cena look as strong a babyface as possible come Wrestlemania? We're being worked.

They are building of real criticisms against Rock, but the fact that The Rock held his arm out over and over and the fans could see it on the titan-tron and us at home over and over screams fake.

Rock Cena bored me. Same as always. (never been a rock guy, dude wasn't even the best of his era, SCSA btw). 25 minutes of rock using twitter and catchphrases = snore fest.

The best part was the opener w/ jericho and punk, followed by actual wrestling.

Lol at this thread. That was pretty good Raw. First 45 min were really entertaining. Rocks promo wasn't that great but neither was Cena's. The reactions for the Rock were amazing though

Oh hey, I can enjoy the thread again! :D

Raw was pretty okay tonight. Was super shocked that Epico and Primo retained. Punk/Bryan was good until the finish (I can't wait until they finally get to wrestle a full match with a clean finish). I dunno, just an okay Raw all around. Didn't care much one way or the other for the Cena/Rock stuff. Eh.

I didn't notice the text on his wrist until you guys pointed it out. I never saw him actually look down at his wrist.

That's because WWE has a tendency to fail at booking logic. You don't always need a definitive face/heel to form a feud. Sometimes it could be just two faces/two heels, guys wanting to beat the shit out of each other, which is fine, because you'd let the crowd decide who's the good guy/bad guy in this feud and you won't need to cut promos as often to sell people onto the match.

If you REALLY need a face/heel, you need to give people a reason to care, and some wrestlers have had a habit of producing these shitty promos that don't get the point across, and usually they have to let the WWE production teams in the trucks outside make a badass montage to sell you on the match.
