in other news, i'm almost done reading the hungry games and i need to finish it by tomorrow since my gf is anxious to see the movie. is the movie true to the book!? i like the book a lot, it's a good break from my many romance novels that i read

I didn't even realize we'd been moved. I just have this thread active on my iPad browser all the time. Of course when we switch to the next thread I'll have to dive into the vile essence of Community to find it. Either that or we can get a link from each "old" thread to the new one, thus leap-frogging the need to venture out of NFL-GAF.

So what's the consensus on Mass Effect 3? I'm about 14 hours in (360). Liking it so far but perturbed by requests to go have a drink
while the Earth is burning

Wife says that the book is better but she really liked the movie so you're good either way I guess.

The game itself is good, but the ending is just incredible. It will totally change the way you think about the series.

i'll be honest, i don't care about spoilers and so i watched the mass effect 3 ending. IMMEDIATELY after seeing it i said "meh whatever" but then the more i started thinking about it, it honestly is a pathetic ending. just fucking stupid regarding everything leading up to the ending and the ending itself. how unfortuante

I don't think I ever touched on the Josh Johnson signing. I don't think this means much for Tolzien, but more about Kaepernick. I'm a huge Kaep supporter and I watched him tear it up in college but never expected him to amount to anything in the NFL. Then when Harbaugh hand picked him and drafted him that got my hopes up, I mean Jim Harbaugh isn't the QB whisperer for no reason.

I Hope this doesn't mean that he is having trouble adjusting to an NFL system.
