DD has the demo on release. If you can wait though, then you can get it off of XBLA/PSN for the respective dates.

Capcom showed off a bit of RE6's split screen cooperative play, which is supported locally as well as online. This game debuts full drop-in, drop-out support, meaning that you won't have to go back to a checkpoint to play with a friend. Fully customizable UI options let you move the split screen position to help distinguish who is playing what.

Chris Redfield, the commanding officer of the anti-bioterrorism BSAA, is dispatched to China along with his BSAA team members, so as to rescue an abducted United Nations' high official from the unprecedented bio-terrorist attack mayhem that has broken out over there . Simultaneously, another large-scale Bio-terrorist attack was under-way at the US president's press room/speech hall.

"From what exactly have I been running away so far?"

Chris wonders himself whether this tormenting question is that what drives him to face and confront his former self. While soliloquizing his personal tribulation, he arrives to the chaotic Chinese city.

The situation has exceed the worst expectations, with constantly-regenerating bio-organic weapons attacking, ruthlessly and merciless, Chris' comrades. One after the other, Chris's team members die. Embracing his burning wrath against the person who induced all this bio-terrorism chaos, Chris is determined to advance and proceed even if it means to cost his own life.

The situation is without doubt desperate.

Awesome! After the 3DS game I feared a little that they could make it into a separate game.

The real reason Jill was blond. As evidenced by Giovanni, brunettes are nothing to Wesker.

Creepy RE aside, nice to see Mercenaries isn't being sold as a separate game. Then again, it'll probably cost as much as a XBL/PSN title for the character packs.

This game looks like a Resident Evil family reunion. Seems like just about every single character of the franchise I can think of is in this game. :)

I'm hoping this game doesn't lose it's focus in between all the melodramatic cutscenes.

While I'm still not sold on RE6, I have to admit that I love them bringing Leon back to his roots instead of the kung fu smart ass he was in RE4. I hope they aren't making Chris back into the self-doubting whiny leader he was in the REmake. Wesker jr. and Sherry campaign sounds awful through and through.

Raid Mode is far more wanted by me over Mercenaries mode, but I'll probably still get Mercs.

they just lost my money, if they are serious with their forced coop ala RE5. I'll never walk into this trap again, never!

And what do we already have on the plate? 4 playable characters, or 5? multiple scenarios, mercenaries, probably multiplayer ... whats next? triple traid minigame and drift challenges?

might sound odd in these days of on disc DLC, but I have serious doubts about RE6.

Trailer looked great, can't wait to see more. Graphically it looks like RE6 will stand up there with the best of the best. Some of those scenes are quite impressive, especially on today's aging hardware.

Kind of confused why others are confused on the campaign co-op, I thought that was revealed when the game was first announced.

DLC episode featuring them or Rebecca on a ship or something.

It's probably the "life altering tragedy" Chris experiences that causes him to become a different person revolves around the actual death of Jill, and Claire is forgotton.

I'd wait. He might not be a smart ass but he is pulling out even more melee moves than before based on the preview posted above.

Big RE fan but for some reason this one looks dumber than all the previous ones. It just gives off this anime vibe I don't like.

I see they keep the tradition from RE4 of giving Leon a cool jacket.

Chris needs to step his game up. Leon looks like the star of RE6.

YOUR SMALLTIME > I'm a rookie cop, this is my first day on the force. :'(

I don't mind the co-op campaign, my friend who I beat RE5 with and had an awesome time is jumping on this day one. I do understand the people who don't want forced co-op, though.

I like how this feels like the ultimate Resident Evil. Too bad Wesker got himself killed before what seems like the big finale. This game is going in the direction I wanted to since the start, Leon vs Chris moments.
