As somebody who spent $100 importing the Japanese FFXIII demo I have to say that this looks like the most promising iteration of the FFXIII series.

But man...we need swappable costumes. I will buy a $5 DLC costume, I don't even care. The default costume is bad, terrible, and I don't like it.

Eh, not too concerned about the technical side since they still have a good amount of dev time left to make it a stable 30. And I kinda like the more toned down look since I felt XIII and XIII-2 were over-designed in some aspects.

Looks really early, terrible frame rate, empty city with cardboard buildings. Looks a bit like Venice in AC2.
I don't really care about this game, I won't buy it, but I think that it needs at least an other year of development based on what they're showing today.

It honestly looks like they could have said "just kidding this is actually a vita game" at the end. Diffuse shading on everything, seems like there's no use of bump/normal maps at all, everything looks really flat....what happened to the engine capable of producing things like this?
