Ni No Kuni Collector's Edition for EU/NA [failure level well beyond critical mass]

I paid with paypal. I guess there's even more cancelled credit card orders which are making way for new orders made with paypal or whatever to go through now.
 
For those who got shipping labels, or their order is on their way. Under Status on the Order History Page, does it say Complete, or still "In Process"?

Got my cancellation email. I'd already cancelled my LE orders elsewhere so now I get nothing. Oh well... I guess I'll wait for the bomba now. My guide is coming at least! ><

This is good news, I still have a chance then.
I actually had this happen once with stuff after it arrived. I kinda hoped I got it for free because of a mess up on their end! But no, not only was that apparently normal but the charge surfaced a few days later, and I saw that happen with other stuff over the years.

You have to login to the site.

Doesn't matter for me. I can login -> My Order History or do a quick look-up via order number and get the same result.

I'm getting this too :/ Both through Namco-Bandai's store side and the "Find My Order" login/url thing. Ugh.

*edit* and yes going through the main account page after confirming your email or whatever crap first pops up, then going to the "What is my Order Status" link takes me to the order #/password page, which brings me to a blank page for a few seconds and then back to the "Order Details"/ Wtf ;>>

As I mentioned, I ordered last week when they put them back up. I got my order has shipped email earlier today at 4:27 pm. Then at 9:18 pm, I received the oops you'll get a cancellation email from Digital River. However, as I just said, when I look on the site, it says Order Complete. I used the reference number to find my tracking number, and it isn't just a label, it's shipped with the Next Day I paid for and on schedule for delivery tomorrow. So, yeah.

To get to that you have to put something in your cart. Go all the way to the last page before confirming the purchase(Dont confirm purchase of course). Go to the account order history and click on it :D it should be there

Oh, so this is why.

You can be logged in, but you have to get to the point JUST BEFORE you submit the order to see Order History without the skipping.
 
Even though I was "assured" by the Rep I was going to get one, that mine wasn't cancelled, I'm still going to assume they're idiots and I won't be getting one.

No sense getting my hopes up. If it arrives though, then cool.

So, in the end I guess the Wizard's Edition was so limited that none were made, they just wanted to hold our money for a bit to get the interest.

Edit: My order history page always showed, and it was always empty, until I put something in my cart... but when I looked up by my order number, I had an invoice... so yeah.

This is the order "details" page, some people have a glitch on the site it doesn't go to the history it jumps right there. Your not blind the site is fucked.

Seems like it. Maybe because I only have one order from them. I started with the link from the email and different browsers. It just takes me to that page no matter what I do. I got a cancellation notice so I think I'm boned anyway. Wish I wouldn't have cancelled my Amazon.co.uk order now.

Yup thinking the same thing I'm not counting on it now but excited for my guide to get here since it has some cool art in it. Maybe someday I'll get a wizard book. I'm off to sleep had enough fun for the night. Hope we all wake up tomorrow with shipping confirmations. Pffft who am I kidding we'll probably all get another cancellation email. Fuckers
 
I put my order number in the reference tracker on UPS's site, and it says a label has been created. Weird that it didn't actually ship yet considering when I ordered.

Same situation for me. Placed my order on 8/31/12. Crossing my fingers that it finally goes out tomorrow.

It's not glitched, you just need to almost place an order to actually log in. (aka go to "the Submit Order page" but DO NOT CLICK SUBMIT and instead click Help then My Order History) It's pretty messed up.

Also WTF is this next to my order from 6 months ago, lol.

This makes me think that some people who didn't find out their order was shipped before the cancellation email, will still get theirs after seeing it first, as their system is wackadoodle to have sent you that when yours was well approved.

It's like schrodinger's cat. Is our order Alive or Dead? lol
 
Are the unfortunate folks that called DR raging hardcore? My buddy ordered 2 WE's in June and got a cancelation notice for both yesterday. He called multiple times and after throwing a huge fit today, they assured him both shipments are on their way.

That's not your only order though, right? If it is, then the site is telling you that your purchase was never checked out on the site (essentially, it's saying that you only added it to your cart).

Sweet Zombie Jesus, what a pain in the ass. That worked, thank you. Mine says "Order in Process" and I got a cancellation notice for those who are curious. Just hit the 30 minute on hold mark. UPS yielded no results for my order number. Paypal time on the 17th was 10:01AM.
 
Also, check your spam folders for the cancellation email. That is where I found mine.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they accidentally sent that email to all people who had one ordered. heh

Well, he needs to get those, since June, wow.

If he got the emails, then this tells me their system definitely went poo-poo and probably got send to just about everyone who ordered one.

Wouldn't hurt to call then and check on your status. That is, if you feel like waiting 30 minutes on hold ><

Yeah, it's next to the other order which is fine. However, it's weird because the price is like 77 dollars. wtf is that?

At this point, not sure calling them will do any good, since apparently the foot has no idea what the arms are doing, and apparently the fingers are on strike. I imagine I'm gonna get a box with 2.5lbs of feathers packed in it.

You'd said you'd gotten a label printed, right? Did you pay for expedited shipping? I could see them allocating stock to all the orders, then rushing through to get the expedited shipping orders out the door before today's pickup regardless of order date while anyone with the standard shipping has to wait.
