Finish some games and then delete them off your memory card :D?

I just keep the "always-installed" games/apps on a couple of pages then have one page where it's just for the games I plan to play, finish and delete (or free PS+ games that I want to try out.)

Since my always-installed stuff takes up about 20GB, that one page represents the 9GB of free space I have reserved for whatever else I want to play. Easy for me to just erase from that page to make room for anything new. (Like Atelier Totori which I just finished downloading.)

Curious, why is that?

ehhh.. what about the official stand haha

http://steamcommunity.com/groups/VitaGAF

as few here know,The secret about Vita official stand is that it got a superior Digital-to-Analog Converter that uses the Vita USB port to deliver the sound, the result when using a headphone via the stand's phone jack is a way better sound quality (way better) than using the Vita own headphone jack.

also it's cool to put the Vita on it.

I'm secretly hoping.. it won't be straight port... here's hoping they would fix some issues and mix the Vita ver. the definitive one :p
]

this will be even worse since Sony will waste more money fixing that shitty game.

This is sort of off-topic, but any Vitabros or Vitacats who have a Wii U should send me a friend request (NNID is RipVanWinkle). I've had the thing since day 1 but I am only just now using it SOMEWHAT regularly. I know a few of you have one but I can't remember who. I do have Kyon on my list, though.

My god, you have a WiiU...

-.-

Dear Vita friends ,

I have a question pertaining to Monster Hunter.
I've never played a MH game before, but because of all the hype about MH3U, I downloaded the demo on my 3DS XL and I liked it quite a bit. However, there's also Monster Hunter Freedom Unite which I could buy on the Vita for a fraction of the price (I believe it's $10 right now). I'm quite interested in Soul Sacrifice, so I don't really want to pay full price for two games that are so similar. Since the 3DS version doesn't have any online play and I don't have a WiiU, wouldn't I effectively get a better game with MHFU on the Vita, simply due to the dual stick controls and the lower price?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

so of all games in the freaking world,SCE decided to publish (and most likely port with their own money since the original developer are dead and Disney don't care) this game to Vita? really?

Get MHFU, $10 is pocket change. If you like it - there's an incredible amount of content in there - keep playing the you can move onto the 3DS one later at full price.

Think about this. Spend only $17 [more], and get $10 back. So it would be silly not to at that point.

True... Just not sure what to get.

I was thinking something boring like another 3 months of PS+, but I still haven't played Persona 2.

So far this month:

- Totori
- 3 months PS+
- Lumines
- BlazBlue

are you kidding me? so they published Cars 2 on PSP but refused to publish many of their own games.

what the hell is wrong with you,SCE?

SCEE probably has a deal with Disney. Why they chose Epic Mickey 2 and not Disney Infinity is beyond me.

Holy crap why'd you tell me that? That's crazy that the stand has its own, and better, DACs.

Sony should use this possible Disney connection to get another portable-only sequel to the Star Wars Battlefront series, like Renegade and Elite Squadron.

The PSP Battlefronts sold like a couple million, right?

I wouldn't say the audio quality is THAT much better through the charging stand. Also, you can't adjust the volume at all while it's in the stand. I love having it though. It's just nice and convenient, and I can control the vita with one hand and watch videos in a comfortable position.

And just like that my interest died a little. Lol.

DOA5+ look fantastic, like really good, one of the best port on Vita (on top with SW and VT4).

funny that the studio just gave us Sigma2+ which was pure vomit.

And just like that my interest died a little. Lol.

it's just weird that they don't take advantage of this and sell an official headphone that connect via that USB port and has the same digital to analogue converter as the stand and give us that awesome audio quality.

Bought! Thanks for the input.

I'm so so sorry dude.

MHFU is a bad game.

I bought the game long enough ago that waiting for a sale would've been kinda silly and I enjoy it enough, but dang, seeing it's low price now in conjunction with the fact the game didn't turn me into a MH Hardcore, maybe I should've just bought GEB, but then again I heard 2 will have some game play changes so I don't want to develop habits that won't carry over...

So I passed the $100 mark for the month for PSN expenditures today. I was only planning on doing the $50 but I sort of got DOA fever in the last couple of weeks and decided to go digital with it and get a few of the DLC packs which put me over the mark. I ended up with:

PSABR Vita - $17.63
Journey - $7.34
DOA5+ - $39.99
DOA5+ DLC x3 - $12.99 each.
Total - $103.93

And yes, I spent as much on DOA DLC as I did the game itself. I've never done that before but like I said; DOA fever! I like the game and will be playing it for a long time so I didn't mind spending extra on it. I've already had a blast with DOA today and am extremely impressed with the port. It's as smooth as silk and as yet as cheesy and campy as only DOA can be and the Vita additions are a nice touch. I highly recommend it!

The quality of the DOA visuals makes me want a Tekken game on the Vita :/ Not knocking the DOA game, I've got both games on Xbox, would just love to have Tekken (OK, yeah, I prefer Tekken)

I actually think Tekken 6's visuals hold up really well. I would go as far as to say that some of the environments in T6 are even more impressive than DOA's :-3

If you need someone to hunt with just send me a friend request, PSN is IAmLeb-. I usually play with a group of buddies through ad-hoc party and theres usually about 50+ people playing on average so if you have a ps3 and ad-hoc party than you're always gonna find someone to play with.

Oy, its like lays chips i cant stop. I get paid next friday 29th so im still within march for promo. Im going to get Totori but i figure hey why stop there. EDF goes back up to 40 the next week so might as well get that while its on sale. Oh but wait, now look how close I am to $100 with that. It would be irresponsible of me not to get something else to hit $100.

It doesnt end.

Thankfully it has no games, can you imagine this thing actually had some games?

I want to buy those games too but I already overspent for this month and the next :/

Don't listen to this guy, he hates everything.

It's good - just prepare to sink some time into it, especially if you're crazy about grinding/crafting like I am.

Nope. Sorry. Toto is right: Monster Hunter is a bad game. PSO2/PSP1/PSP2 are far better uses of time if you want to mindlessly grind. Hell, Disgaea 1/2/3/4: Grind Harder is good for a grind treadmill as well.

There's a reason Monster Hunter mostly flops in the west.

Gods Eater is much better MH isn't a game as much as it is homework.

I've clocked over 150 hours into Monster Hunter. Played Gods Eater for around 5 hours and found it mind-numbingly boring. Obnoxious characters, dull storyline (one of the game's characters falls asleep every cutscene for reasons obvious), dull environments, dull monster designs, boring combat. Gods Eater is sort of like Monster Hunter for people that would prefer to button-mash.

Monster hunter is a terrible franchise in a mindless, pointless genre. It's all grinding and terrible MMO-quality quests in really small chopped up areas.

I seriously wonder if i have a problem. I have had AC:L since Nov barely half finished untouched for months. MG HD collection i got from its last sale, Persona 2 psp not even ran once, Strangers Wrath HD got on sale a couple weeks ago, again installed sitting here not ran once. Yet here i am planning on getting a couple more games. What the hell is wrong with me? This isnt even counting 3DS backlog which grows with Soul Hackers on the 16th. Oh wait, then Soul sacrifice shortly after that, gahhhhhh.

Also i will attest to dislike for Mon Hun. I tried the 3ds demo never having tried one before and it wasnt my cup of tea. Wasnt to wild about RO either which is making me rethink getting Soul Sacrifice now. Iwas turned off mon hun by camera/controls and plodding attacks and RO i was turned off by enemy/area repetition and lack of any sense of growth or real loot.

Just cause you and Toto don't enjoy it makes it a bad game? Sense. Also I guess because MonHon games flop that's why we aren't seeing any of the newer MHs in the west right?
