It wouldn't matter man. You can't stand up for yourself in that place. People on Era are aggressively close minded towards anyone with different ideologies and tastes that is the slightest threat to their safe space, because they know they can afford to be. They know the mods have their backs. Anyone who does stand up for themselves gets banned, and the threads move on. Nothing will change. The only way Era could change is if there's a major restructuring of the mod staff with a new set of rules and regulations, that allows people to be more vocal with diversity of opinion and thought. EDIT: Reading posts in that thread had so many begrudgingly angry over Stellar Blade, same group of people that found Ellie's sex scenes in TLOU2 and Abby's sex scene meaningful. There's no criteria. Finished the demo and beaten the extra boss after a few attempts.
Game feels soo satisfying, it's basically Bayonetta contaminated by a bit of Souls-like.
The art style is fantastic and music is Nier Automata tier.

The "Dismissing Concerns" are super bad. They could makes a huge improvement without those. They use it predictably, usually when it's hard to point out what's wrong, or "where's the lie?", posts. It's almost impossible to say you don't mind something or you don't think it's a big deal. Or in this case, just imply it. It's very common there and one of the main concrete reasons I left.

Game looks and plays legit super awesome. They might just have made the best action game in a decade and without crap DEI and ESG stuff in it.

This game will sell gangbusters and a shining example for studios that want to be successful after all this forced DEI shit in their games.

Unfortunately already infected studios will die, but fortunately as we can see, new studios rise to restore the balance in the force.

Also game is super fun to play, and if anything is lacking within the current game industry it’s creating fun games, this game does everything right.

This isn't Devil May Cry 5 but it's a good title right now, honestly at this point if it carries throughout the entire game it'll definitely be a good action game but comparisons to something like DMC 5 let alone 4 where people are still finding new techniques for Dante this will not be.

For gamers, developers, and observers of cultural movements in general, there's nothing better that can highlight the absurdity of what currently stands behind once significant slogans such as equality and diversity. And i hope that they will draw the right conclusions from it.
