I haven't watched him much tbh, just little bits here and there. I think he's naturally a Winger/Attacking Mid. He's got the talent, hopefully Fergie gives him a chance or gets him a loan. He's progressing pretty well in the U-21 side.

He'll be our next giggs. He'll play for us even when he hits 40.

Agreed. Funny, he was rated the highest out of all the new young Brazilian players in the national team. Yet I'd take Oscar and Lucas Moura over him from what I've seen so far.

You never really can tell with academy players, sure it was absurd that Scholes was brought back instead of giving youth a chance but then it's supremely unlikely that anyone at Utd thought that Pogba would explode the way he has.

Man I am disappointed in Man City. Was it tiredness that caused that meltdown? I know Spurs were fresh after 2 weeks but there was hardly an excuse for a top 4 side not to be able to handle schedule. Happy with Liverpool getting a point as Chelsea only have challenging games left but we still need Spurs to lose and draw 2 of their remaining games for us to be safe. They were getting dicked when they tried to dribble (rather than pass) through Spurs' midfield, and those losses of possession tend to hurt. Or, rather, you notice them more - players tend to have drifted centrally towards the ball carrier and it is more of a task to set up to cope with an attack. Especially when you don't have much of a recovery plan, like Barry - who just can't handle players running past him (he grabs at them, like an asshole), and players run past him more than they should if he is a midfielder at Man City's level.

Huddlestone and Holtby were really fucking good. Defoe got a killer goal, but in a way he was the least consequential sub.

Walker - smh. Commentators were praising Hart for snuffing out that chance he had, but fuck. Walker's irrational hesitation in good positions is infuriating even if you don't care about Spurs. Time after time, he just needs to get some kind of cross in. He's not going to produce perfection, but he runs out of time to produce anything.
