If I'm reading that digital re-selling part right, this is for both XB1 AND PS4? This sorta makes me thinking both systems will have it:

The way I'm reading it is that the digital marketplace will be a separate charge ala Xbox Live/PSN that will allow you access to the service. It sounds weird to not simply say "Digital marketplace available with Xbox Live Gold account." and bring PSN to the mix. I may be wrong though.

Aren't all games available digitally? For PS4 as well?
