It depends which side of the fence your on. Most people here are pro-Sony so it ain't half wrong despite being a salty as fuck twitter post lol.

OT: Welcome Major, I wish you the best and strongly advise posting as little as possible. There is a general negative stigma regarding MS these days. And most will feed off any PR slip ups. Be honest, straight forward. Facts > Fiction. Most importantly bring the games :)

I've been lurking GAF since 2005 and I've seen all three major players have a sense of favor. This is an enthusiast forum and the companies take turns playing to the enthusiasts. If you were here in the early days of the PS3 you would not be saying this was a Sony forum. It got ripped to shreds by many, including myself.

Fair enough. Those were highly embarrassing, but I doubt those posts were up to him. In the end Major Nelson is a guy who gets information out and takes the brunt of the hate and/or praise depending on the information he is told to deal out.

The fact that Mark Cerny wants to anonymously browse GAF actually suits his persona down to a tee, from what we've seen of him anyway

I mean hell, this throws up more questions - what if Aaron Paul or Bryan Cranston are currently posting in the Breaking Bad thread? WHO KNOWS?!

I like how so many folks who have probably talked shit about Major in MS threads are now complimenting and cozing up to him.

why are you singling out only xbox people for agendas, surely you dont see the agendas of pro sony people

Its cool to have more people from the big 3 interacting with the community, but im not sure I see a great benefit of it being people whos job is PR. We have Sony guys on Gaf from development, and the leadership side, but none of them are in place as being a PR mouthpiece.

Probably sounds more negative then its intended, but as long as he drops the shill at the door then the more the merrier.

There's a reason I'm drawing a comparison between the two. Plus my post was in reference to what Benny said. Also who said that I haven't put him on ignore...

Still, if m.biso..Nelson is half as persistent it will be fun. But who knows, he may end up being a lurker to avoid unwanted confrontation.

Well, CBOAT is a guy who knows a lot about Xbox and related subjects. I don't think it is the major, but somebody similar.

It's a more apt comparison because Major Nelson works for MS, besides you're certainly free to mention whoever you think is as infamous about fighting the good ole console tech war as SengentsuSage. I generally avoid console vs. console threads but even I see him everywhere fighting for MS.
